You sat at your desk trying to listen to the lesson that the teacher was giving. Unfortunately, that wasn't gonna happen because the mean girls were bothering you again.
"Hey thunder thighs, try not to get stuck in your seat." One whispered in your ear.
"Get stuck in it? Let's hope she doesn't break it!" Another snorted. All the mean girls laughed and you shrunk down in year seat. Sure you weren't the lightest, but you weren't fat either. You sighed and looked at your notebook. It was full of doodles and things you hated about yourself. You were number one on the list.
"(Y/N), are you okay?" You turned to see your classmate and crush, Patrick Stump. Patrick was always nice to you no matter what.
"I'm fine Patrick." You lied. He saw straight through you, but bit his lip and turned back to the teacher. When that class was over, your last class, you walked outside. In hopes of not meeting your bullies, you rushed to get as far away from school as possible.
"(Y/N), wait up!" You heard Patrick call. You turned to see him running to catch up with you.
"You mind if I walk with you?" He panted. You smiled and blushed a bit.
"I don't mind at all." You replied. Patrick smiled back as the two of you walked to your homes.
"I'm sorry about those girls. You know what they're saying isn't true right?" Patrick said softly.
"What do you mean? I know I'm not the skinniest person Patrick, and I hate myself for it, but I'm slowly getting comfortable in my own skin. It'll just take a while." You sighed. Patrick grabbed your hand and looked at you.
"You should be happy now because I think your the most gorgeous girl I've ever laid my eyes on." He said. You blushed and looked down.
"Do you really mean that?" You asked.
"I do and even if it's the last thing I do, I will make you believe that you are lovely." Patrick replied before softly kissing you. You smiled happily and pulled back after a short minute.
"Thank you Patrick." You blushed happily. He chuckled and kissed your cheek.
"No problem lovely." He replied continuing your walk.
