Different Summers

Demi POV

   A week has past since Joe and I came up with our 'agreement', but to be honest we haven't done anything. Madi did leave just a few days ago with Denise, but I guess Joe doesn't want to make Paul suspicious again. 

   We had another late evening on set today we were filming my Different Summer number and Camp Star Fire number. We were all kinda just hanging around while the camera crew got situated. I was sitting with the girls Alyson, Megan, Anna and Jasmine kinda by the stage just having our own conversation

"You gonna watch me" Bruno said walking past us with a wink he was apart of camp star dance crew

"Always" I said with a smirk. I know what Joe said about our agreement but I can still flirt right!? 

"What was that, Bruno so cute" Anna Marie said 

"Just some innocent flirting nothing more to be honest" I said 

"Girl it's been 3 months since you and Trace broke up. It's time for a new boo" Megan said 

"Unless there is already a new boo" Alyson said

"Trust me there is not, I just wanna hurry up film this movie and go back home to California without any baggage" I told them

"I get it, you were on the road and away from your house for almost 6 months. Your eager to go back and kinda start new in the single life" Megan said 

"Exactly, but I'm also here to have some fun" I said with a smirk again 

"Who knows maybe Bruno just wants to have some fun too without the baggage while we are all here in Canada... it's cold. He needs a cuddle buddy" Jasmine said and I had to roll my eyes 

"To have sex and stay warm, hello my dads room is across from mine" I said 

"There's is other places to 'stay warm'" Megan said laughing 

"Or you can keep him warm" I told Megan 

"Oh trust me I'll happily accept but he's into you not me" She said 

"Hey D, can we take a walk" Joe asked coming to us

"Umm,... Sure" I said shocked kinda surprised

"Or maybe you do have a new boo" Megan said kinda low but we all heard her Joe and I didn't acknowledge her we just walked away out of sight 

"What does she mean" Joe asked 

"She's just messing around" I told him "so... what's sup" I asked 

"Nothing I just kinda wanted to walk around it a nice night out" He said and we talked towards the lake

"It is, isn't" I said looking out in the water

"You got a big number are you nervous" Joe asked leaning on the railing over the lake

"I don't really get nervous anymore, but I do love this song just as much as it's not to late so while I'm singing Different Summers just know they are for you not Shane" I said looking at Joe with a wink

"I wish I could kiss you right now" Joe said I let out a fake laugh and looked away

"Can I stop by your room later tonight" He asked 

"Sure" I said meeting his eyes

"Look" Joe said pointing across the lake from us they were shooting Kevin and Frankie scene with the junior rockers. 

"So what are we doing for Frankie birthday, Madi sad her and mom are going to miss it" I told him 

"Yea Frankie kinda upset about it too, but since we are filming that day dad did talk with the director and producer and we wanna make it special for him so we are filming the water balloon fight that day. Dad gonna order Frankie favorite food. Pizza of course we'll have cake and ice cream too. Frankie don't know though. He thinks we are filming another dance number that day" Joe said
