Girl Talk

Demi POV

   Once Joe and Kevin left Layla came up to my room I was in the same position as when Joe left me just laying in my bed playing on my phone.

"Hey" she said knock on my door and coming into my room

"Hey what's sup" I said sitting up and she layed in my bed next to me

"That was a lot of screaming" She said looking at me weird since I was all giggle

"You heard" I asked 

"Yes so did Madi" Layla said 

"Sorry about that it's all good now" I said 

"What happened" She asked 

"Nick an ass but we are good now I think" I said still confused 

"He's such a drama Queen I've never seen him so mad at somebody what changed" She asked 

"Joe talked to him" I said 

"Joe huh. He's been spending a lot of time here" She said 

"He only comes by on Sunday's" I said 

"I know but why all of a sudden" She said 

"I'm only going to tell you because I need somebody to talk to and Miley doesn't like for me to talk about Nick" I said 

"Jeez thanks Demi" Layla said making me laugh 

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that we had to talk to Nick first before we told anybody like Paul and Denise" I said 

"Ooh what's so secretive" She asked

"Joe and I are dating and we been dating for like a month" I said and she looked at me shocked 

"Shut up" She said jokingly making me laugh again "so sterling.." She asked 

"Just a  very good friend. We been using this as good practice for our characters since they form a relationship" I said 

"We'll you sure pulled it off" Layla said 

"Not we'll enough Nick didn't buy it from the beginning that's why he was so mad" I said 

"He's your little brother he's probably just watching out for you and he can't do that when he doesn't even know who to have his eyes on" Layla said 

"Yea but why is he so dramatic" I said as we laughed I laid back down we were both looking at my ceiling now. 

"So you and Joe huh" she said and I started blushing 

"Yea, if feels good to say it out loud now that Nick and Kevin know we gotta tell Denise and Paul" I said to her

"How do you think they will take it" She asked 

"I'm not sure they hate when I lie to them especially Paul" I said 

"Now who is pops gonna kill if he breaks your heart" Layla said making me laugh 

"Let's hope that day don't come, I'm really happy with Joe it just sucks that we don't see each other till the end of the week" I said 

"So when do you plan on telling them" She asked 

"Who knows Joe and I liked the sneaking around but it's kinda hard" I said 

"Blah blah blah" Nick said walking in 

"Seriously" I said looking at him 

"No I just came up here to apologize. I'm sorry for being a dick and I'm sorry for the things I said you know I didn't really mean those things right" he said 

"I know, I know. You were angry and wanted to hurt me" I said waving him off

"Yes and I'm sorry, I love you and your slut-ness" He said laughing 

"Ass hole" I said as he walked out my room 

"At least he said sorry" Layla said laughing 

"He seemed like he was in a rush to leave. Are you two okay" I asked her

"Who knows like you said he's a ass" She said 

"Wait. He can be an ass to me and I can take it but he can't be an ass to you. I will go kick his ass right now" I told her 

"Thanks D, but I'll let you know when you can kick his ass not yet" She said making me laugh 

"What happened" I asked 

"You know he's only dating Nicole to get back at me he told me himself" Layla said 

"Because of Mike" I asked 

"Yup Nicole here and Mike in Texas" She said 

"So your seeing Mike this week when we go to Dallas for that rodeo performance. Plus check this we just found out tonight. We are going on tour with the brothers it's a world tour with the camp rock cast" I told Layla and she was excited 

"No way" she said 

"Yup. So Mike might be in Texas now but it's a world tour so it's going on for months your going to be right next to me and so will Mike and the brothers and where will Nicole be" I told her and she still had that bright smile on her face 

"Thanks D. Can I tell Mike" she asked 

"Yes of course i was going to text the other band members in the morning tell him Paul will talk to them when we go for that show in a few days" I said to her 

"Yes this is going to be the best summer yet" Layla said 

"Yess these next five months need to come quicker" I said to her "so how are things with you and mike" I asked 

"Amazing that I don't even care about Nick and Nicole. Mike and I are really happy it's going so good" She said excited "I just owe you and Paul and Denise for everything if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't of meet Mike and he's probably the best thing that happened to me since my parents died besides this job" She said 

"We love you too Layla. I seriously don't know how we would do things if you weren't in our lives" I told her 

"Thanks Demi. I really appreciate you" She said making me smile 

We continued to just gossip and have girl talk till Joe called me to tell me he was home. She left to her room to just us some privacy while Joe and I talked on the phone almost all night.
