Just The Beginning

   The next day Joe, Nick and myself we were supposed to fly back to California early this morning for the Vanity fair party that's happening tonight, but at the last minute Paul decided to come back with us my guessing was because they wanted to keep a close eye on Joe and I since we finally told them we were together. So instead of our flight being in the morning like I hoped. Paul got the private plan to come pick us up since the flight didn't have a extra ticket for Paul. We didn't always use our family private plan because sometimes it was cheaper flying first class for 3 people or less then take the private plane. So when we finally boarded it was a little after noon and the plane ride from Texas to California was two hours. I got on the plane first so when I took my seat Paul came in taking the seat beside me so Joe who was behind him wouldn't sit next to me. I just laughed to myself because I knew what he was doing so when the plan started to take off I turned to Paul. 

"You know, you didn't have to come. Why did you change your mind so last minute" I asked 

"I um... forgot I had a few things to take care of" He said 

"Like what? Couldn't you just taken care of it though phone calls" I asked 

"No it's a little more complicated then that" He said 

"Complicated. Is that what your calling Joe and I" I asked and he just looked at me  "Do you not approve" I asked again before he said anything else. His opinion means everything to me and since he didn't say much last night and he had time to think and sleep on it.

"It's not that sweetie...."He began to say but I could tell he was thinking of what to say, making sure we chooses the right words. "Its just,... I want you to be careful and Joe too. Love in the spotlight.. can be tricky. I just hope you guys are going to take things slow not just within the relationship but with the fans too. Remember it's okay not to tell the whole world everything" Paul said 

"I know, it took me a year to tell the world about living with you guys, it took me another year to finally tell the world the reason for moving in and adopting us. Like we said last night we are tired of hiding our relationship I think we are ready for the world to see" I said I loved Joe from the very beginning and now I was finally ready to show the world. 

"Okay I can respect that,... I just don't wanna see any picture with you two making out. Your still our little girl" Paul said and I just laughed and I hugged his arm resting my head on his shoulder 

"I'll always be great full for you and Denise" I said to him 

"I know sweetie. So really how long has this thing between the two of you been going on. Be honest" He said I laughed nervously and sat up a bit.

"We'll...." I said like if I was thinking about it. "I'm not really sure" I said laughing and Paul looked surprised 

"That long huh" He asked 

"Probably since the first movie" I said

"The first camp rock movie" He said or more like stated "but you two dated other people" Paul said 

"Yea we did we knew back then nothing could happened so I tried to push my feelings aside, don't get me wrong I did like Cody and Alex. I really liked Trace but to be honest  Alex and Trace  broke up with me because they knew I wasn't hundred percent in the relationship I don't know how they found out but they knew I had feelings for someone else" I said 

"The boy across the hall" Paul said 

"Yup, that's why Joe moved to New York last year." I said 

"But that didn't work considering Trace still broke up with you" He said
