Chapter 29

Y/n's POV:
"Thank you. Have a good night." Our food was delivered. "Joonie. Dinner's here" He walked into the kitchen to discover what I ordered him.

"You got my favorite"

"Of course I did."

"How did you know?"

"You're an idol. Most of your life is online." He nodded slowly. "I'm joking. I asked Jin oppa."

"Okay" he chuckled in relief.

"Come on. Let's go." We both walked over to the living room, placing our dinner on the coffee table. "So what are we watching?"

"Is Friends ok?"

"Yes. I haven't watched it in years." Because I grew up in America, I knew English and Korean. I would watch friends all the time.

We both smiled as we started to watch from the beginning and eating our dinner. I made sure to get some water for both of us. "Thank you baby" he got a notification. "Baby, it's almost 8. Go take your meds. I'll wait for you."

He knows about all of my medications. Most of my night meds are for my insomnia. I took my meds and went back to Joon. "Thank you Joon" He hit play and tapped my knee in reply.

(2 hours later)
My meds were kicking in. My eyes were getting heavy. I hadn't noticed Joonie looking at his phone and then at me.

Namjoon's POV:
Her medications usually take about 2 hours to go into full effect. For some people they work very quickly, but Y/n has always had trouble sleeping. They still change her meds from time to time. She just adapts to the meds, so they stop working.

My 2 hour notification went off, so I looked over to Y/n. Her eyes were closed, but she was awake. When she's trying to sleep, she moves her leg.

Her little brother has a history of restless leg syndrome. I wouldn't be surprised if she had it to. It also get worse with iron deficiencies, which she definitely has.

I turned off the tv and brought Y/n to her room. I gave her a pillow to hug and went to clean the living room. I quickly made my way back to her room. I held her in my arms as she slept.

"I love you baby." I said as I placed a kiss on her forehead. I closed my eyes and went to sleep.

Y/n's POV:
(The morning)
I woke up still in Joon's arms. He pulled me closer to him. "Good morning baby" he kissed the top of my head.

"Good morning" I snuggled my head deeper into his chest.

"Monie is coming by BigHit. You wanna come too?"

"Yes! I haven't seen our fur baby is so long" I tried to get up.

"5 more minutes of cuddles" I giggled and held him tighter.

After 5 minutes we both got ready to go to BigHit. I packed a bag for Monie. I filled it with treats, dog food, and a collapsible water bowl.

Once Joon and I got to BigHit, we went straight to his studio. I practically ran. Once inside, I picked up Monie while I covered him in kisses. "Hi little one." His tail was wagging so fast.

Joon came over and hugged both of us. He kissed Monie and then me. Then Pdnim walked in.
"Aww you guys are adorable. Joon I need to talk to you."

"Yes sir." He turned and looked at me. "There are some toys over there that Monie likes to play with. I'll be back soon" he kissed my forehead and walked away with Bang Pdnim.
