Chapter 37

Y/n's POV:
I set an alarm to wake up. I know that Joon told me not to, but he knew that I would keep the alarm. I woke up and started getting ready.

I picked out Joon's outfit for today. He'll obviously be on camera so I chose something that will be appropriate, his style, and most importantly breathe-able. I wanted to make sure that he doesn't overheat.

"What are you doing up?" Joon came over and back hugged me. "I told you to sleep in."

He kissed my shoulder as I responded. "You knew I wouldn't do that the minute you told me. Go get dressed. We'll get breakfast downstairs when you finish."

"Okay babygirl, but I will get you back for this." He chuckled and kissed me as I giggled.

We made it downstairs for breakfast. The rest of the hyung line was already eating, although, Yoongi oppa looked like a zombie. I made a plate for Joon.

"Eat. You need energy." He then proceeded to make me a plate.

"So do you baby." He sat down and began eating. The maknaes were slowly coming in one by one.

"Make sure you eat boys. You'll need it."

"Yes noona." The maknaes said in sync. Then Bang Pdnim walked in.

"30 minutes until we leave for the stadium."

"Sir, have you eaten?"

"Yes Ms. Yun. Thank you." I nodded to him as I continued eating.

Soon we made it to the stadium. The boys started rehearsal while I sat in the empty audience. My eyes were glued on Joonie. He was beautiful.

They started practicing solos. It was Joon's turn. I was watching while my eyes started closing. I was exhausted. I closed my eyes, but still focused on the music. My head fell to the side.

"Sorry" I mumbled to the person next to me.

"It's okay. Get some sleep." It was Yoongi's voice. I then heard the music stop. "It's my turn honey. Joon is here now."

I briefly opened my eyes and looked up at Joon. He sat down and placed my head in his lap. "Go to sleep babygirl." He whispered to me.

"I'm just keeping my eyes closed."

He chuckled "okay baby" he started to play with my hair.

"You really want me to sleep don't you?"

"You didn't sleep well last night."

"Neither did you."

"But I drink coffee. You don't."

"'Cause it's gross."

"I'll agree to disagree on that one."

"Fine, but no one else is sleeping."

"Yoongi hyung was."

"I was resting my eyes."

I stuck my tongue out at Joon. "Thank you oppa." He hummed in response.

"Yeah. Thanks"(note the sarcasm) "fine then keep your eyes closed. But if you think you're going to fall asleep, don't fight it. Okay?"

"Yep"

Namjoon's POV:
I could tell that she was tired. She also felt bad for keeping me up during the night. I tried to tell her that I drink a large amount of caffeine, but she won't listen.

"Baby, they're calling me back. Stay with Yoongi." She nodded as I left her lying on him. Y/n was close to sleeping. Yoongi hyung was also back to "keeping his eyes closed". After 15 minutes, I went back to Y/n. Yoongi hyung was shaking her.

"Joon, I don't know what happened. One minute she was fine, the next she's covered in sweat, shaking, and whimpering. Jimin's getting her water."

"D*mn it. She's having a nightmare." I pulled her into my lap and rocked back and forth. Eventually she jolted awake. "It's okay baby. You're ok."

She was clinging onto me like a koala. Her eyes were trying to close again, but she wouldn't let them. Jimin came back with water. "Here baby, drink this." She gulped down the water, which helped to stabilize her breathing.

She looked around. "Sorry. I didn't mean to freak everyone out."

"You didn't. It's okay."

"Yeah. We're just glad that you're okay." Everyone went back to normal.

"What was it about this time?"

"Someone was trying to k*ll me. I don't know who. I'm sorry for making a scene Joon. I didn't mean to."

"It's okay baby. You didn't make a scene. The boys are your brothers now. Besides, Yoongi hyung needed to wake up anyway." I paused. "Don't over think it baby. You didn't do anything wrong."

"Promise?"

"I promise." I moved closer to her ear "babygirl" her cheeks flushed red. "What's wrong, I whispered it?" I smirked into her neck.

"Is this the payback you were talking about?"

"This is just the beginning babygirl." Her eyes went wide. I just focused on the practice.
