One, two, three knocks. Dream let out a nervous breath as he shook his hands and waited for the door to open. Why am I feeling like this? Dream thought.

Dream held his breath as he saw the door crack open. He looked down at George smiling and inviting him in. Dream stepped into George's room and sat down in the desk chair. George hopped onto the bed and waited eagerly to hear what Dream had to say.

"So, uh, how has your day been so far?" Dream asked awkwardly.

George smiled happily as he prepared to use the newly-learned English that he was taught by Sapnap.

"My day has been good! How about you, Dream?" George asked.

Dream chuckled at George's excitement. "Well, mine's been...interesting, to say the least."

George tilted his head in confusion. "Interesting...how?"

Dream slowly let out a shaky breath and laughed in nervousness. "Ha, well...Sapnap took me to another one of my memories again, and uh...you and I were in it again."

George nodded.

"It seemed like we were hanging out or uh...living, together?" Dream looked up at George's blank face.

"Does that like, bring up any memories, for you?" Dream asked. George shook his head.

Dream sighed. "Well I was like, studying for something, and you came over and told me to take a break. I asked if I could study one more page, and you said yes. And then...then..."

"Then?" George patiently waited for Dream to finish.

Dream wiped his clammy hands on his pants and struggled to say it. "Okay this might seem weird but I kissed you on the cheek and then called you Honey. And it definitely looked like we were together. Not like, in presence with each other, but...dating."

George furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "I don't remember dating."

Dream nodded. "I don't either. I figured you wouldn't really remember."

George awkwardly stared down at the floor.

Dream leaned forwards and held George's hand, causing George to look up at Dream. Dream smiled softly. "It's fine if you don't remember. We'll build our own relationship, with new memories."

George nodded, relaxing at Dream's touch.

____

"Hamburger."

"Hamburger."

"No, Hamburger."

"Hamburger?"

"No! Say, hamburger."

"I just said that."

"No you said it in an American way!"

Ranboo sighed in frustration. Tubbo munched loudly on his burrito and tapped Tommy on the shoulder.

"He'shnot Brishish Chommy," Tubbo said with his mouth stuffed.

"What?" Tommy couldn't understand what Tubbo was saying.

Tubbo managed to swallow down his food and cleared his throat. "I said, he's not British Tommy. We can't force him to say it the way we do."

Tommy huffed. "I thought that since we're teaching him English again we could like, convert him to have a British accent."

Tubbo frowned. "I don't think it works like that."

"Oh whatever." Tommy flopped onto the couch. "You take over Tubbo. I'm tired."

"But you've only been teaching him for 10 minutes today! Yesterday I taught him for 3 hours and you did 20 minutes."

Tommy pretended to snore loudly. Tubbo rolled his eyes and turned to Ranboo. "Okay Ranboo, form a sentence for me."

Ranboo thought hard about how to respond correctly. "Like...what?"

Tubbo clapped and grinned. "Yes! Just like that. That was a perfect way to answer me. Now try something else."

Ranboo paused and tried to think of an introductory sentence. "How was you...your....day today?"

Tubbo nodded. "Make sure you know your differences between you, your, and you're."

"Well, what have we got here? A bit of school for Ranboo today?"

Eret smiled down at Tubbo and Ranboo. Tubbo nodded. "This is like...an entire school for English. I heard George and Sapnap are also learning."

Eret shrugged. "I would imagine they've forgotten a lot. I mean, of course, I still knew my English, but I couldn't remember a thing about my past when I first came to the Foundation. Dream's on his journey to getting his memories back right now."

"Hey, what about that pink-haired guy who came with us? Wasn't he a subject?" Tommy asked, joining in on the conversation.

"Oh, Technoblade? He's a smart fella, same as you two. He pretended he already had amnesia, so the Foundation had no reason to remove his memories. So he's fine."

A sudden loud crash caused the four to jump. Eret moved towards the sound quickly, running up the two flights of stairs and into the bedroom, seeing Wilbur stand there, looking at the full body-length glass window, broken. Wilbur looked at Eret slowly, shock in his eyes.

"Wilbur? What happened?!" Eret rushed towards Wilbur and checked if he was hurt.

Wilbur stuttered rapidly and stared down at his hands. He looked up at Eret, tears slowly rolling down his traumatized face. "I-I-I-I E-Eret I'm s-sorry- I- what did I just do- I-"

Eret shook Wilbur by the shoulders. "Wilbur?! What is it?!"

Wilbur shook his head over and over again as he started sobbing.  "I didn't do it Eret I didn't do it-"

Eret whipped his head around to look at the broken window. He quickly rushed towards it, not caring about any of the shattered glass on the floor. As Eret slowly looked down towards the dead grassy ground, he saw the one thing he knew would happen sooner or later.

There Fundy laid, blood spilling out of his lifeless, limp, broken body that fell to the ground too hard.

Eret widened his eyes in shock as he slowly turned his head to meet his eyes with Wilbur's.

"What. The. Fu-"
