We exit the small airport in Estonia and make our way to the baggage claim. Illusions are up and my shield is ready and waiting under my skin. We are extra cautious as we hail a cab and make our way towards a motel. Once we arrive Bucky unloads as I pay the driver. Exchanging my money at the airport was interesting. The looks I got for having that much cash on me was amusing.

I walk into the office to rent a room and grab the keys. We make our way to our room and of course there is only one queen bed. I sigh as I drop the illusions and then my shit off at the edge of the bed and throw myself down. I lift myself up onto my elbows and watch as Bucky brings in the rest of our shit. God he is nice to look at. Ugh no! Not happening. I throw myself back down and run my hands down my face. I need to think of anything else at this point.

I go to my laptop bag and grab it along with the bag of shit from Vincent's gym. My initial scan wasn't able to back trace anything. Fucking Hydra. Can't make it easy on us can they?

Bucky: "Why are you making so many different noises?"

Dets: "I have never gotten complaints about my noises before." *groans* Fuckin hell.

Bucky: "What?"

Dets: "Never fucking mind what I just said."

Bucky snorts out a laugh and sits down on the bed next to me. I open up the laptop and do a recon of the area. I do a scan for repeated faces associated with Hydra. Frost's face pops up again. This mother fucker has some things to answer for. Sick sadistic shit.

Dets: "I think I am going to enjoy this."

Bucky: "I should be terrified about that statement."

Dets: "Are you concerned then?"

Bucky: "That's definitely not it either."

Dets: "Well if I drop my shield I can tell you exactly what you are feeling."

Bucky: "No, I know what I am feeling."

Dets: "Well I am not in the mood to deal with more than one person's emotions today. Fuck I barely want to deal with my own most days. Speaking of..." I walk over to one of my bags and grab my kit and sit back on the bed. "You said you didn't care but that doesn't mean you have to watch."

Bucky: "Do what you do."

Dets: "You're going to watch? That's not weird at all."

Bucky: "I'm surprised they affect you at all. I can't get drunk easily, so I assume medicine wouldn't work on me either."

Dets: "It's a great mystery of the universe. I for one am happy that there is some part of me that is normal enough for this to affect me."

I run another scan through the internet looking for news on The Avengers and Hydra. I prep my half and clear it out setting my kit behind me on the bed. An article pops up about Captain America being seen out on a date with a mystery blonde.

Dets: "Well I'll be damned. Looks like Loner went out on a date last night. There is no clear shot of her face. Dammit, I can't snoop without it."

Bucky: "Why would you want to snoop?"

Dets: "Make sure she is safe. That she won't hurt him."

Bucky: "Jealous?"

Dets: "What? God No! I told him to move on from me. I just want to make sure she isn't some Hydra plant or whatever. They were following him in London remember? I didn't do all of this so he could be taken out by a pair of decent legs and blonde hair."

Bucky: "I hear your reasoning, make sense. Doesn't stop me from believing you aren't a bit jealous too."

I look up at him.
