Knowing that the event needed to be formal, I knew I couldn't get away with braiding my hair. After my bath I told Justina to leave my hair alone. I laid out my array of hair products on the counter in the bathroom and got to work. I was wearing it down but I needed it to stay still at the same time. Not an easy feat with curly hair, especially if you don't want your hair crunchy. I used a lot of cream and oil based products for my look today.
The dress Loki sent in was gorgeous. One shoulder with so many layers and floof, but not obnoxious floof. Justina helped me into my dress and then I dismissed her so I could do my make up without her inhaling every time I did something out of custom. I added some purple eye shadow and made my lips an light lilac color. If I was going in, I was going all in.

When I stepped out into the hallway everyone curtsied or bowed. Justina had to give me directions to the throne room, so she walked behind me holding my dress whispering which way to turn next. She needs a raise.
I waited to be announced like some item on display. I walked into the throne room and the entire hall went silent. Everyone was starring at me and I hated it.

I start to blush as I walk up the pathway. Thor walks over to me and gives me a big hug.
Thor (whispering): "I knew it! Welcome to the family Odette"
All I can do is smile at him. I kneel before Faux Odin before I am ushered up with Thor to stand next to him.
Faux Odin: "People of Asgard, it is with joy on this great day that I present to you a Princess of Asgard. Her lineage is that off the late Queen Frigga and a sect of our people we thought loss. Her origins may be unknown but her blood does not lie. From this moment forward she will be known through the nine realms as Crown Princess Odette of Asgard!"
The entire crowd started clapping and whistling and whooping. It was a lot. I smiled like I was supposed to and knelled when someone came in to place a cute little circle tiara on my head.
Faux Odin: "Tonight will be a celebration to honor our newly discovered Princess! Our Princess has only requested female suitors at this time. Let the celebrations start at dusk!"
Once everyone had been dismissed Thor came back over to me.
Thor: "How are you enjoying Asgard?"
Dets: "I like it so far."
Thor: "I hear you have moved into Loki's old room."
Dets: "At the behest of the All-father."
Thor: "No, it's alright. If Loki were alive I'm sure we would be having a different conversation."
Dets: "What do you mean?"
Thor: "Loki loved that room. His library was his favorite part. He would sit on his balcony as read for hours.
