A/N: I don't know a damn thing about London -- HAHAHA.
"I want to be what he was to you."

"London?! Right now?" You squealed, struggling to keep up with Severus' long strides.
"Yes, right now. Why not right now?" He questioned, continuing to drag you to a more secluded part of the castle.
"I'm not dressed to go to London! This is what I wore for my classes today and I need to-"
"Nonsense. You look absolutely perfect. Always do." He complimented, coming to a halt when the two of you came to an empty hallway.
You were squirming in his hand hold, your voice thick with distress.
"But we're supposed to be at dinner and if Albus knows we're gone-"
"I've already handled it. Honestly, when did I become the adventurous one?" He chuckled, retrieving his wand from the pocket of his robes.
You were jittery with adrenaline, not at all prepared for a date night in the slightest. Your jaw fell open at his question, your eyes squinting in offense.
"I am adventurous! I just don't fancy the idea of being on Albus' bad side because we're off sneaking around like-"
"[Y/N]! Take it easy. We're not going to get in trouble. I've taken care of everything," Severus told you, taking your face into his hands, the base of his wand pressed against your cheek, "Just enjoy yourself. Tonight is for us, my love."
That seemed to calm your skittishness a bit. It had been a little while since you had been to London. The last time you had been there was when you had lived there. You had to admit that you were excited to go back after being gone for some time. London had a special place in your heart. You had learned a lot about the Muggle world and how they operated things.
London had a different type of magic that would make any wizard or witch feel at home.
"Hey, Sev? Why do you Apparate with a wan-"
You were cut off once again with a whooshing sound, almost causing you to lose your footing. One second you were in the castle, and the next you were almost squished against one another in an empty alleyway. The sound of passing cars and chattering pedestrians could be heard from either end of the alley, a blinding smile appearing on your face.
"That's the only way I know how to Apparate more than just myself," Severus admitted with a shrug, "Truthfully, I have no idea where we are."
"Well, it's probably best if we get out in the open. This is London, you know. You can get arrested for loitering around an alleyway." You joked, leading him through to the nearest opening to the sidewalk.
You were relieved when you saw that Severus had managed to land you in the middle of downtown London, which you knew your way around quite well. It was fairly busy for the time of day that it was. Lots of people were getting off work and scrambling to finish their last minute errands before going home for the night. Severus looked over at you, his heart swelling at the sight of your grin.
Severus was nervous. It had been...well, he hadn't ever really been on a date before. He had grown comfortable around you, so he's wasn't nervous in that regard. His heart just longed for you to have a night where it was just the two of you. He really wanted tonight to be special.
He was terrified of messing it up.
"So, where to?" You asked, taking in the bustling city in front of you.
