A/N: Just a heads up, the end is coming very soon! Also, sorry for the longggg chapter.
*Smut*
"I wouldn't have encouraged you to take a chance on Severus if I didn't think it was worth the risk."

Severus' black silk sheets were cold as they were wrapped around your body, leaving a deliciously smooth feeling on your skin. He was warm behind you, keeping you snuggled in close to keep you from getting too cool. He was sleeping soundly, snoozing into the mid-morning hours.
Saturday had come much faster than you expected it to. You supposed that time went by faster when you were worrying yourself sick. You hadn't slept much the night before, tossing and turning in Severus' arms with a busy mind. You had wondered what Lily would say if she knew you were reuniting with Sirius after breaking up. You wondered more what Lily would say if she was still around to know you were dating Severus Snape. You didn't know what Remus was going to say, and you were very curious to see how Sirius was going to react to seeing you.
But you should've been more concerned about how you would react to him.
You didn't know what you were even supposed to say to him. Even worse, you still didn't even know why he wanted to see you in the first place. Remus had been fuzzy on the details, and he rarely ever gave too much away.
"Did you sleep at all last night?" Severus' voice suddenly spoke up, "You were restless."
You sighed heavily, shrugging your shoulders.
"A little. I didn't mean to keep you up." You apologized, turning to face him.
He looked much more awake than he normally did in the mornings, and you could feel his racing heart through his chest.
"You didn't. It's alright." He returned.
The room was quiet, and not the normal kind of quiet. You were both distracted from one another. Severus was worried to death, but trying not to show it. You fiddled with his hand, spinning the ring that you had gotten him around his finger. He had refused to take it off ever since putting it on, and you were pretty sure he had taken it literally. Your fingertips traced over the swirly engravings, shuddering at how the pattering felt under your touch.
"What time are you leaving?" Severus asked.
"A few hours. It's only 8:00 and we're meeting at 11:00 I think." You explained.
"I understand. Have you ever been to The Three Broomsticks in the middle of the day?" He joked, referring how it's usually a nighttime establishment for people your age.
"When we were kids, yeah. As an adult? I can't say that I have," You laughed, "I've also never ended up naked on the roof."
Severus let out an exasperated sigh, his hand rubbing his face.
"Okay, I was HALF naked and it was only because I Apparated incorrectly," He re-explained, "Haven't we been through this?"
"How does that even happen? How did your clothes Apparate back but not YOU?" You snickered, taking some of the stress off for a little bit.
"I- Listen, I don't know. No one knows," He chuckled, "Even wizards like me fuck up sometimes."
You sat up at that, curiosity peaked and a brow raised.
"Wizards like you, huh? What's that supposed to mean?" You asked, gliding your leg over his waist and straddling yourself there.
His hands came to the tops of your thighs, rubbing at the newly showing skin and fidgeting with the hem of his shirt that you had stolen from the night before. He admired how his clothes looked so much better on you than him. He looked up at you, taking in how beautiful you looked in the morning light.
