Nate Tennyson is the son of the long deceased Ben Tennyson. After many years, Nate finds his father's Omnitrix and becomes the new user. He befriends other successors of the former JSA.
The JSA were fighting against the ISA in a mansion that had now been almost completely decimated by the battle. Many members of the JSA had already fallen. Ben Tennyson was in his Four-Arms form while fighting Vilgax. They had both already been significantly wounded in the battle.

He circles around him creating a vortex which lifts Vilgax into the air. The vortex dissipates and Vilgax crashes onto the floor.
XLR8: I mean, how long have we been doing this same routine? 25 years? And yet you've gained no sense of originality.
Ben transforms again.

He throws projectiles at Vilgax which don't do much.
Heatblast: I was 10 when we met and you still couldn't beat me. So, how can you expect to win now when I'm 35 and have much more experience, big guy?
Vilgax: Stop talking, you pathetic creature!
Vilgax slams his hands into the ground which send Ben into the air. He grabs Ben from the air and tosses him into a wall. Ben untransforms and lays on the ground in pain.
