Carson and Cooper arrived home barely able to keep their hands off of each other. Cooper fell backward onto the couch. Carson fell on top of him. "Fuck, I missed you," Cooper said. "How much did you miss me, Cooper?" Carson asked. Cooper slipped his hands under Carson's shirt. "More than you'll ever know," Cooper said smiling as Carson blushed brightly. "Fuck," he said closing his eyes. "We outta go get Anna now," Cooper said. Carson opened his eyes. "Alright," he said. "I missed my Anna."
Cooper walked into Axl's house. Anna shot her head over to Cooper and began to cry. Cooper knew she was still waiting for Carson to walk through the door.
And he did.
Carson walked through the door. "Hey, my girl," Carson said. Axl shot his head over to Carson and his jaw dropped. "Carson!" he said happily as he handed Anna to Cooper. Axl hugged Carson. "Carson, Oh my god, I missed you so much," Axl said. "I missed you too, Dad," Carson said.
Cooper laid awake that night. But he was happy. Carson was in his arms once again. But there was a certain urgency that grew in his stomach.
Cooper got up and walked to the fridge he pulled out a beer and walked outside so he could smoke and drink.
"Cooper?" Carson asked tiredly. "What are you doing?" "I just came out for a smoke," Cooper said. Carson sat beside him. "You smoke?" Carson asked. "And drink." "Yeah... after you... Well after I thought you had died I needed a way to cope. I missed you more than you would ever fucking know. Not a day went by that I didn't cry about you not being here anymore," Cooper said wrapping his arms around Carson's body. "I know, Cooper, but it's three A.M. You shouldn't be drinking and smoking. You work tomorrow, let's just go to bed," Carson said rising to his feet. "Alright," Cooper said.
"I... I'm afraid you'll get drunk and hurt me or Anna," Carson said as he and Carson walked to the bedroom. "I'll never hurt you, I promise," Cooper said wrapping his arm around Carson. "I love you," Carson said. "I love you more, Carson," Cooper said.
