I've been thinking about my relationship a lot for the past few weeks. I was serious about my relationship with Sage, and some might say it's a bit too soon but it's love.When you know you know.
Sage was it for me.
She was the only one I wanted to wake up next to in the morning, the only one I wanted to fall asleep next to at night. She was my whole world, my everything.
"How is it that you're getting engaged before us and we've been in stable relationships for years now." Viktor said, running his eyes over the ring display in the shop.
"Hey my relationship is stable." I squawk out as we hear a crash. Turning around we see Gianni cursing and placing earrings back on the display. "Oh shit, sorry." he apologies, receiving glares from the workers in the store.
"Stop touching stuff," Anthonie gritted through his teeth. Gianni held his hands up and back away from the display.
"Can't take his ass no where." Carlos mumbled under his breath. " Like you're any better." Alessandro teased. Carlos had the nerve to look offended when we nodded in agreement.
"I take offense to that." Santana shook his head at his brother and turned towards the rings.
"What are you looking for?"
"Mmm." I hum scanning through the different cut rings, the different shapes and sizes.
I think back to the time when we went ring shopping with Antonio. "How do you guys remember Charlie." I ask, smiling at the memory.
The boys burrowed their brows in confusion. "Charlie... Charlie," Alessio says the name as if it was a foreign word on his tongue.
Antonio snaps his fingers as he figures it," that annoying ring lady from when I got Abby's. Wasn't her name Charlotte or something ?" I shake my head," I'm pretty sure it was Charlie."
"You're both wrong," Alessandro says." Her name was Carson."
Carson, Charlotte, Charlie, whatever the fuck her name is, I would always cherish that moment with my brothers. Which is why they are here with me today.
"Are you going to make some grand big gesture?" Anthonie asked, sliding next to me on the counter.
I wanted the moment to special between the two of us. Quiet, somewhere without prying eyes. Of course my family would be there and we would have to facetime Sage's parents. I already called her father and got his approval for my proposal.
