I want to be your anchor—

someone you can lean on because I know how fragile you are that even standing would be a struggle,

that staying still on two feet would be so much painful that you'll just choose to give up and let things happen.

I want to be your arms, I want to be your feet, I want to be your own heart because I don't have my own volition to be myself.

I want to give myself to you, be a part of you, until I am no more.

I want to be you, not to be someone else—but to be entirely become you.

It's strange, desiring to be a new life other than myself.
