Chapter 24
Earth, 2016
Soon after Peter left, Tony walked in.
"I'm really sorry, kiddo," he begins.
"I'm sorry too," I apologize.
"After what happened, I was just trying to protect both of you. You needed time to sort things out with Cap, and he needed time to realize what he had done. I figured that, since you both have powers, if you were to start fighting, things would get out of hand pretty quickly. I didn't want any of you to get hurt."
I nod understandingly, and ask:
"So, are we good?"
He nods, smiling, before saying:
"We are, but Rhodey isn't. You need to go apologize right now."
"All right, all right," I say, grumpily.
I get out of my room, followed by Tony, and head to Rhodey's. I knock on his door:
"If it's Liv, go away," I hear him say.
I take this as an invitation to come in, so I teleport inside.
"I'm just here to apologize," I say, "I was angry at Tony, and you paid the price for it. Did I hurt you?"
He shakes his head:
"No, I'm fine, I'm just angry that Tony is never the one being thrown across rooms," he replies, playfully.
"Well, why didn't you ask sooner?" I reply, "this can easily be arranged," I add, laughing.
Once I'm sure we're good, I go back to my room, running into Tony who tells me:
"By the way, I forgot to tell you. You and Rhodey are moving back to the Avengers Facility. Vision is all alone right now, and he's bored."
"Sure, when are we moving?"
"Tomorrow," he replies, "but I don't think that'll be a problem for you," he adds, laughing.

We spend the next day moving, or to be fair, I spend the next day teleporting Rhodey and I's things from one place to the other. To make Rhodey laugh, I threw Tony across the room before leaving. Tony didn't laugh too much, but I told him it was Rhodey's condition to accept my apologies, so he ended up laughing as well.
The end of the summer break went by in the blink of an eye. Since I won't have as much free time once school starts, I visited Steve and Wong as often as I could, which was easy, because Tony wasn't on my back as he stayed at the Stark Tower. I'm a bit nervous about school starting again, as I don't know how things will be with Peter. We haven't talked much since last time, so I'm not sure how things will go. The next morning, I anxiously get ready for school and teleport there. Throughout the day, Peter and I barely talk, but MJ and Ned still do their best to spend time with both of us. I'm kind of sad to see that Peter seems interested in this other girl, Liz. I'm sure he only likes her because her name sounds like mine. I'm still in the decathlon team, which is kind of fun even if I don't know the answer to more than half of the questions. The first few weeks of the school year go by quickly, as I'm always busy with something, whether it's school, the decathlon team, my physical training, Uncle Steve, Bucky, Wong, or hanging out with MJ and Ned. Tonight, I'm hanging out with Ned, as he asked me to help him build this huge lego thing, which I don't have the patience to do. Plus, I know that I'm only his backup plan, since he only asked me after Peter told him he couldn't help him, due to the 'Stark Internship', which I know is only a cover for him running around the city wearing red tights. I laugh at my own joke while Ned and I walk back to his place. He asks me:
