"What?" I dropped my arms and took a step back as a tear fell down his cheek.
"The Dark Lord, he ordered for me to be engaged to another."
"Draco, who?"
He couldn't meet my eye as he shifted in his position, "A- Astoria..."
I scoffed and shook my head, unable to think straight, "How long have you known?"
"He gave the order the day after you left."
"You've known for two months, and you didn't tell me? Dr- Draco... really?"
"I'm sorry."
I held my breath as a tear was beginning to roll down my own face, before I wiped it away, setting my face like stone, "Yeah, me too."
He looked up at me but soon backed away in fear, "Y- your eyes."
I only shook my head and turned to leave the room but froze as I heard the ear-splitting screams of Hermione.
I ran into the hall and saw Bellatrix standing over Hermione as I froze again. Hermione looked up at me and her eyes widened upon seeing me. Before I could do anything, Bellatrix was cutting into her skin once more as her shrill screams filled the halls of the manor.
Hermione's eyes pleaded for help, but all I saw was the betrayal of Riddle. He went against everything, and I wanted to destroy him.
"PLEASE!" Hermione screamed again as she writhed under Bellatrix crying for help.

"You're lying, filthy Mudblood, and I know it! You have been inside my vault at Gringotts! Tell the truth, tell the truth!"
More screams followed as Hermione continued to tell Bellatrix what she didn't want to hear, "What else did you take? What else have you got? Tell me the truth or, I swear, I shall run you through with this knife!"
Hermione's screams echoed off the walls as I only watched from afar, before Draco walked in behind me, trying to talk to me.
"Scar, please-"
"Don't call me that."
"Scarlett, please just-"
I whipped around and held my finger up to his chest pushing him against the wall, "No. Just leave me alone. Go and be with her."
"Don't you understand? I want you, I always have! The Dark Lord has a vendetta against you, he's trying to rile you up. I don't know what he has planned after that, but know that I love you and I live for you every day. Scarlett, please, it was always you."
I met his eyes and fell into a trance before the sound of Mr. Malfoy's voice broke the connection.
"Draco, fetch the goblin, he can tell us whether the sword is real or not!"
I shook my head and soon walked down the stairs followed by Draco, as I opened the cell door.
Draco's voice sounded through the cellar as he walked in, "Stand back. Line up against the back wall. Don't try anything, or I'll kill you!"
They did as they were told however the lights went out and I knew Ron must've done this as I waved my hand relighting the place.
Draco marched inside and held his wand out in front of him, pale as he turned towards the goblin. He grabbed the goblin by the arm and backed out again, dragging the goblin with him.
He gave me a look but I only nodded to which he closed the door leaving me with the captives.
"YOU!"
Harry stormed up to meet and growled, "You've been against us all this time!"
I gave him a confused looked and cocked my head, "However do you mean?"
"Pettigrew didn't just get away, did he? You let him go! You knew it wasn't Mad-Eye, and you knew he was coming back, yet you did nothing."
Ron looked up and gave me a look of disbelief, "What?"
"And the dementors, Umbridge didn't call them, you did... I thought you were my friend. And when I asked you to prove yourself... you have a mark, don't you?"
"No, I don't. Because I will never work for that monster."
"Scarlett, you're the monster! You poisoned Ron and cursed Katie, or at least had someone do it for you, didn't you? And all this time, you've been spying on us? Delaying us with trips. It was always you! You were the enemy! What kind of friend does that?"
I snapped and crossed my arms, "You made it pretty clear, Harry Potter, that from day one, you didn't want to be my friend. And as I told Dumbledore, I learned to be nice first, I held my tongue, because you can always be mean later. But once you've hurt someone, they won't believe the nice. So, Harry, I was nice, but now it's time to stop. The act is up and my world is starting to crumble under my fingers, I don't have time to worry about you or Ron or Hermione, I'm too busy losing my world."
I turned and walked towards the door, "Scarlett?"
I turned around and Luna was standing behind me, with tears silently falling down her face as my eyes widened but I didn't say anything as she only shook her head, lowering her eyes.
"I trusted you."
Now wasn't the time to go soft, so I channeled the anger and soon I could feel my magic taking over, I wasn't scared but she was. I glanced at Harry once more, "Oh, and you missed the most crucial one, Harry."
"What, what could I have possibly have missed that would make me hate you more than I already do, right now?"
I sighed and looked up at him, "Snape didn't do it."
He met my eyes and fell back in his steps as I held a smirk only turning to meet Luna's tear-stained face before I left the cellar as my smirk faltered only slightly, but I wasn't going to turn back.
Shutting the door behind me, I heard the crash from down below as Harry yelled for me to return, "COME BACK! YOU COWARD! HOW COULD YOU?!"
I simply walked past the fact that Hermione was being tortured, and I simply left the hall passing Draco without a second glance.
