"What?" I walked into the family room as I raised my brow, "What do you need, Draco?"
"The twins lost Everett again."
I watched as he pointed to the kids who sat on the carpet before I raised my brow, "You are watching them, how is it their fault?"
"They were- oh never mind, he's right here."
I let out a laugh as he pulled Everett out from under his chair before he shook his head, "My bad."
Aleira and Hunter were eating snacks as I smiled watching.

Draco turned to the white ferret in his lap as I then turned upon hearing the cries of Scorpius.
Walking down the hall, I went into the room as I picked my youngest boy up before returning to the family room as I handed him to Draco, "Look who woke up."
"Hello, Scorp."
Walking past him, I knocked on the door just at the start of the hallway, "Ez, come on out. It's time to leave for the Alley."
"Coming!"
I shook my head before going further down the hall to my room as I changed and returned downstairs as I met up with Esmeree.
I smiled and waved to Draco before I apparated us to Diagon Alley.
"Alright, last year of Hogwarts. What do we need?"
She nodded as she pulled out her list of items before reading them off, "Books for Transfiguration, History of Magic, Divination, and Potions-"
Shaking my head, I looked over her shoulder and magically crossed it off her list, "You can have my old one, it'll work just fine and I'm sure it'll prove useful."
She smiled before turning back to her list, "That should be it then."
"Sounds good. Let's go."
Walking through the shops, we soon got everything we needed before returning home.
We had decided to move into the cabin my uncle had left me had quickly gotten adjusted as a family. We lived on the edge of Lake Willow and grew to love the seclusion as a small family. Besides, the home was bigger than it looked.

Arriving home, Esmeree went to her room and packed away everything she would need for her last year at Hogwarts while I turned to the family room, finding Draco running around as Poppy watched over Scorpius.
"I'm going to get you!"
Leaning against the doorway, I watched as Draco chased after our four year olds while they laughed and giggled running all about. Draco then slipped and fell on his back as I chuckled while we all gathered and sat down beside him, "You alright, Dragon?"
"Ah, welcome back, love. I'm alright, just a bit of fun is all."
I nodded helping him up, as I turned to the kids, "Why don't you tell your father what I tell you?"
The twins both nodded before standing in front of him and reciting the same words, "Pain makes you stronger. It's okay to cry."
I shared a knowing look with Draco as I started the magical instruments before I grabbed his hand, dancing with him as the twins took notice and copied our actions.
Esmeree soon came in and sat down with the twins as they played while I then turned to Draco who was already looking at me.
"I love you."
Meeting his eyes, I let out a breath as I smirked, "Thank you."
Grabbing my waist, he tickled my sides before throwing me over his shoulder as he ran around with me, "Draco! Put me down!"
"Say you love me."
"You are such a kid!"
Bringing me down for a moment, he raised his brow as he met my eyes, "Says you. You used a response from when we went to Hogwarts."
Placing me on my feet, I brought my hand up to his face as I smiled softly, "I love you too, Draco."
Sharing a kiss, we then soon had dinner with the kids before heading to bed.
