As evening approached, an elementary student named Homer saw a beautiful cosplayer girl in the fountain plaza near the BGC standpoint. The girl was around 16 or 18 years old, with silver hair and porcelain skin. She was sitting on the edge of the fountain, seemingly lost in thought. There were few people around and it was getting dark. Even in the safest part of Metropolitan Manila, it was not safe for a teenager to be alone after dark.
Homer thought of his deceased older sister and called out to the girl. "What are you doing here, big sis?" he asked.
The girl jumped slightly and looked at Homer, then quickly looked away. "I don't know," she said quietly, with sadness in her abysmal eyes.
"But it's getting dark. It's not safe out here. You have to go home," Homer said.
The white-haired girl did not respond, so Homer took a step back. It was not uncommon for teenagers to run away from home after arguing with their parents.
"Then why don't you hang out with me?" Homer offered, planning to walk her home once she changed her mind.
The girl gave him an unpleasant look, her eyes bloodshot. "I'm not supposed to follow strangers, especially a suspicious kid who thinks he's innocent," she said.
"Suspicious?! I'm a cute, good kid though!" Homer protested.
Homer sighed and rubbed his chin. "I guess I do look untrustworthy. My name is Homer. I'm on my way home. Can you tell me your name, big sis with lovely hair?" he asked.
"Luna Lo Csia..." the girl replied.
"What a pretty name," Homer said, flashing a smile in an attempt not to upset her.
This was the moment when Luna met her first assistant.

Old Malacañang Palace, Manila, Metropolitan Manila
Luna didn't expect the three QUAD members and head commanders to become her escorts back to mainland Luzon, likely ensuring and calming the populace out of madness against the Heather Kingdom. After an urgent meeting at Old Malacañang Palace with envoys and other important subjects, Luna held a live press briefing to reassure the people of her well-being. Filipinos sighed in relief and prayed in gratitude.
After the briefing, President Luna reclined on a couch in the presidential office. "Backlashes for my actions are emerging unexpectedly in all sorts of media. Lord Rooks is a powerful and genius mage, frankly. I wonder why he didn't manipulate my internal organs, suffocate me, or kill me in the dirtiest way possible?" she said, staring at the 7D hologram of a green-haired nerdy figure shown above the center table.
Kiki, a scholarly figure wearing a lab coat and eyeglasses, replied enthusiastically. "It's possible he's strongly inclined to his sense of justice. Killing a killer who has killed several times is an irrational short-term solution. Rather, he wants to satisfy his curiosity about you!"
"Curiosity, eh? I guess I want to confirm it from the person himself," Luna said.
A shadow emerged from the darkest part of the room, revealing a sexy figure in a black suit and a long black-purple ponytail behind her.
Just like her superior, a fiercely Xlyma showed expressionless dominance in her purplish eyes and nonchalantly gave a conclusion.
"Ms. President, you don't have enough mana reserves to be manipulated by him, nor is there enough mana surrounding you."
"In the pretense of a defensive countermeasure, huh. Agent 33-1S, summon the QUAD and head commanders to the War And National Security Council room as soon as possible," President Luna ordered.
