Bongeka was trying to recover from from her heavy headache probably from being drugged when two vampires came and grabbed her.

“Please let me go” She pleaded, seeing how they looked at her like a piece of meat ready to be eaten.
If it was under normal circumstances, they would have long feasted on her, seeing her veins popping and pumping but they were given strict instruction not to feed on her and they knew better than to go against Yamkelwe’s orders.

They took Bongeka to a small empty chamber and threw her hard on the concrete floor earning themselves a shrill from her… Not that they cared though.

Just after they left Yamkelwe made his way in making Bongeka's heart skip a hit.
“Yamkelwe, let me go or I will scream and your beautiful walls will be demolished”

“Haha, you'd make a great clown” he mocked, but he knew very well that she was right.

“So you think this is some kind of clownery session? Clearly you don't know my capabilites ” She threatened.

‘I hope my threat works’ she thought to herself. Yamkelwe smiled in relief… Yeah you got that
right. Bongeka didn't think out loud but he heard her.

“Hmm very well. I'm glad you know your capabilities sweets now it's time you put them into good use” With that he exited the chamber.

After a few seconds, asphyxiant filled the chamber suffocating Bongeka. It was too strong to bear, she ran to the door only to find that it was locked.
She remembered the last time she banged  something she almost collapsed the whole building. She started banging and screaming not knowing that she was giving the gas an easy success to her lungs. Just as her lungs were about to give in, the door swung open. With a quick whisk, Bongeka was on his hands. He took her to the clinic  to get help, fortunately there wasn't much damage on her lungs. They will just have to drain the poisonous gas and monitor her.

“I've been looking for you William, where are you coming from?”  Yamkelwe asked when Nicholas Came in.

“Me? I had some errands to run but I'm here now. What did you want?”

Yamkelwe just folded his arms and looked at him sternly without saying a word. Nicholas knew that he had to make up some lie.

“I went to put Dlamini to rest” He said, after all he did put her friend to rest,it wasn't a big lie.

“You put Dlamini to rest? When was that?” Yamkelwe wanted to invade Nicholas’ thoughts but Nicholas learned to block people from reading his mind.
Besides that, it was a crime to read someone's mind as it was the invasion of privacy.

“Two hours ago if I'm not mistaken”

“Dlamini decided to go to sleep? This is his coven, he does as he wants. Firstly he went to the human world now this” he did sarcastically.

“I'm sorry I hid this from you…he… He fed on Pandora and died on the spot”

“And you decided to hide this from me?”

“I was going to tell you”

“Serves him right… Now let's get to serious issues. Pandora is missing, where is she?”
He looked at Nicholas trying to read his expression.

“I don't know Yamkelwe, I left her in the basement when I took Dlamini’s body”

“What about the cameras, why were they turned off?”

Nicholas shrugged, he wasn't the one who was responsible for cameras and shit.
Yamkelwe got vampires to raid everywhere in the village, even the clinic. Bongeka was nowhere to be found.

{Few days later}

Bongeka woke up in an unfamiliar room with Nicholas by her bedside.

“I guess this is my new norm” she says sarcastically. She was tired of begging. It's not like it would change her fate. These creatures wanted her dead.

“Hmm you finally woke up” He said in excitement

“Yeah, this is what I always do these days… Waking up in an unfamiliar place now and then”  she says

“But if you weren't here. You'd be history by now”

“Don't make your look better. I know you also want me dead”

“Pandora that's not true. Why would I risk my life just to kill you? If i wanted you dead I would have let you die on that gas chamber”  He defended

“Okay thank you I guess, what's the catch?”
She was so convinced that she was just here to be used since everyone wanted a the taste her power.

“Bongeka, I paid Lobola(Bride price) for you because I love you. I loved you from the first day I laid my eyes on you. I took you from your parents, they gave you to me because they trusted me with you. I couldn't just let you die. You are my wife, it's my duty to protect you. There is no catch”  he explained apparently sincerely…

“But you handed me to him” her statement was more of a question

“I wanted him to create a bond, a mate bond”

The part of her wanted to believe him, after all he is the one who brought her into this mystery world. But the other part of her just told her that she would be naive if she believed him… she should just play along yes! …

“I believe you”  She said with a shrug  and Nicholas smiled

“I will do everything to protect you”

“Hmm, so how long have I been here?” she asked curiously

“it's been a few weeks, not only the poisonous gas was found in your system. But there were some toxins that were found. Those toxins happen to be the herbs of immortality. They are used to speed up the process of  breaking the maker and kindred bond ,the lycans use them to speed up the first time shifting while the witches  use them for speeding up their spellcraft. They can be dangerous if used constantly and unnecessarily” Nicholas explained

“Oh my goodness. Why would someone give me… unless someone wanted to speed up something… Marco! Oh my word that dog was.. Shit” she rambled not making any sense to Nicholas

“How do those herbs taste?” she asked thinking about Marcos smoothies

“Never tasted any but they are said to be sweet depending on the flavors”

“Marco gave me those I think… For Pandora to awaken”

She thought about everything, the beatings, then all of the sudden she was treated like a queen, Marco insisted on turning her, he constantly gave her the smoothies. Then after, she turned into something she doesn't understand, immediately after shifting she was sent to kill a vampire master

“They used me!” She screamed.
