Pandora(complete)

Broken Rules

Gloria used her magic to move Bongeka from the covenstead to her bedroom, she used salt to draw a big rectangle that was big enough to fit a human. She put Bongeka inside it and casted a boundary spell and cloaked her. She burned some plants and made Bongeka sniff it so that she'd listen to everything she said.
She had enough power to take over the witches, vampires, and werewolves. She'd be able to be the regent, and make the other creatures her slaves.

There was a knock on the door, Gloria went to check who it was.
"The regent had summoned us," One of the witches said. The first
She rolled her eyes and secretly smiled thinking that it wouldn't be long before she took over. She wouldn't have to follow anyone's instructions.

"Someone broke the rules!" the regent addressed, it didn't take long for him to know a vampire was in the coven.
"Who brought a vampire in my coven?"
Their magic sensed that there was a foreign creature that placed its foot in their sacred place.

Gloria had to come with a solid story because they would know it was her and she'd face the consequences.

"I did," she blurted out from the back of the room. All eyes were on her.

"You better have a clear explanation!" the regent banged on the chair before he took a stand.

"The vampire promised to work with me in finding Pandora"  it wasn't a pure lie

"How many times do I have to tell you that Pandora's spirit is dark and we don't practice dark magic in my coven" They did their bad things but they didn't want to use dark magic because it can be consuming and dangerous even to themselves.

"Magic is magic, we won't use her spirit, we'll just channel her when casting powerful spells. Spells that aren't dark"

"She is dangerous, I can't handle such power on my own" 
Who said you would? Gloria thought to herself. But the regent was right. Too much power on one person was dangerous. She was already a witch who had her own powers. Was she strong enough to handle Pandora's power?

"The power will be divided among all of us. Why can't you trust me? Was I not the one who gave you wolf and human sacrifices?"  Gloria's deal with Seth brought so much power for the coven.

"Yes, you did it. You did it only lasted for a few years but your wolf failed to keep up" 

"That's why we need a new power source"

"Fine! I will communicate with the ancestors. If they don't approve. I'm afraid your plan will be declined"

"Fair enough. I'm sorry for bringing a vampire into our place. I hope everyone will be able to forgive me on that one"

"You were trying to do the right thing for the coven. The meeting is over, whoever gets a sign from the ancestors should come forth. I will do the same"

The meeting was dismissed. Everyone went back to what they were doing. The issue was becoming critical now that ancestors were to be involved. They wouldn't agree with this. Instead, they would just reveal her plans and get her shunned.

"Gloria..."  Bongeka just woke up and her voice was hoarse.

"Ahh Dear, you are awake. That is good. Since you are a bit disoriented, I  will explain everything to you... I own you, you are mine. You belong to the witches. So you better adapt to this environment because it is your new home" Gloria bloated. She couldn't believe that she had the most powerful creature in the palm of her hand.

Bongeka's body was aching from laying on the bare floor for too long. She stretched herself heading to the bed but the barrier prevented her.
"Do you perhaps have the invisible wall or?"  Bongeka asked, too calm for someone who was practically kidnapped.

"It's a boundary spell. That will be the only space you are allowed to use"

"Uyahlanya" (you are crazy)

Gloria didn't understand but judging by Bongeka's gesture, she was probably cursing.
"How do you expect me to use this space? What if I want to use the bathroom? Where the hell am I going to sleep" she said, throwing her hands on-air in defeat.

"You will sleep there on the floor. You won't poop because you won't eat"

"That's so dumb of you. If I'm weak, you will be weak too. I'm your power source, remember?"
Bongeka said, rolling her eyes.

"Arghh bitch. Fine! But I need to manipulate the ancestors... Maybe not, oh my God I need a plan" Gloria was so frustrated. Pandora may be powerful  but she wasn't sure if she'd win again the spirit.,

"You are right, you can't use me to fight your ancestors. But you can block them from communicating with the other witches"
Bongeka suggested, she had learned to read people's thoughts.

Gloria smiled, With Bongeka acting like that, it meant her spell worked. She was a good pet.

"How did you know what I'm thinking... Oh, you are a vampire. Yes! You will get into their heads and pretend to be their ancestors. Let's do it now"

She locked the door and gathered the things she'd need, including a few pictures of the ancient witches that Bongeka was to appear as.
She lit the candles cluttering the pictures and dark objects, they both held hands then Gloria chanted the spell that was going to protect Bongeka from being caught since the witches were cautious about the dreams. They knew people could use ancestors'  appearances to invade other people's dreams.

Marco picked himself up and went back to the packhouse, he was still holding Precious's heart that had turned cold. He found Seth waiting for him with amusement.
"I take it as things didn't go well"

"He declared war! He killed the love of my life, he will pay!" He groaned in anger, he could barely utter the words properly because of his grinding teeth.

"Hmm, look at you with a broken heart. I warned you against associating yourself with vampires but you didn't listen"

"Stop bloating Seth. You and the pack will help me take down Yamkelwe or else I will challenge you in front of everyone and defeat you. The whole world will know you cheated your way up. I'm the true alpha. When I finally take my position, I will have you starve to death or have you hanged.

Seth ended up agreeing to Marco's demands although he didn't know how he would approach the pack, he couldn't just tell them that they are going to the war because the vampire master killed the Royal vampire who happened to be his beta's girlfriend...

"Yamkelwe will regret the day he played his filthy hands on Precious!"
