As I was walking back to the college building, I realized that the class I was about to attend was with Yerim and Yeojin. That meant that I would most probably be confronted by them about Chaewon. They probably think that I have a thing for her and the fact that I didn't say a word about what happened won't be helpful at all. Ugh.
But, seriously, why didn't I tell them? It was nothing, right?
Then why did I feel like it was something I had to hide?...
I was so deep in my thoughts that I didn't notice how quickly I arrived at the class. I took a deep breath and walked in.
And, believe me, when I say this, I walked in onto something quite interesting.
Yeojin and Yerim were... kissing. In an empty classroom. What?
I stood there completely dumbfounded, as I didn't know what to do. I knew that Yerim had a crush on Yeojin, but I had zero clues about those feelings being mutual. And, even if I knew that Yeojin liked her back, how could everything happen so fast? They've been having one-on-one lessons for less than three days and we're already here?
I knew standing there was a bad idea and that I had to turn away and walk out, but I was so shocked that I didn't know where to go. While I was contemplating what to do, Yeojin looked up and saw me.
"OH MY GOD-"
This reaction made Yerim look up too.
"WHAT- HYEJOO- HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN THERE?"
"Well, let's just say long enough to understand what's going on. Damn, I honestly didn't think any of you had it in yourselves to confess, let alone make out in a classroom fifteen minutes before class starts. How bold of you~"
"Oh, fuck you, Son Hyejoo! you're always late to class, why the fuck would you walk in NOW, out of all times?!"- Yeojin was clearly pissed and it was very amusing to watch.
"Damn, relax, It's not like I have anything against the two of you dati-"
"WE'RE NOT DATING!"-they both said in unison.
Oh hell no, not this again. They're just too stubborn to admit, aren't they?
"Ugh. Fine. As I said before, I don't care. But don't expect me to just forget about what I saw".- I said this and sat down.
The next ten minutes went by in complete silence. The only thing that made sounds was a branch hitting the classroom window from outside. Finally, students started walking in, which made things less awkward. We acted as if nothing had happened for the entirety of the class. At last, everything ended and Yerim got up and rushed out of the classroom without a word. Yeojin looked at her and wanted to say something, but it was too late. She was too far away.
"You know, if you want to talk to her, I'd advise you to chase her down"- I said to her, which caused her to glare.
"You know Hyejoo, I don't understand when you became such a great relationship expert. Did you HAVE to mention the word dating when you walked in?"
"What other reaction do you expect me to have when I bump into two people making out?"
"AAAGH! STOP BEING RIGHT ALL THE DAMN TIME FOR FUCKS SAKES!"- she yelled and then shot up and left the classroom. Damn, my friends are weird. But at least Yerim finally made it clear that she has a crush on Yeojin. It's been years. About time.
I packed my bag and left, then went outside and went to the basketball hall. I knew we didn't have practice today, but it wouldn't hurt me to train a little bit. Besides, playing basketball always helped me clear my mind and I certainly had a lot of things to think about. For example, the Yerim and Yeojin situation, the new game that's getting released next week, my horrible college performance rate, and...
