Some time passed and everything became the way it used to be, the only thing that was different was the new relationships that had blossomed in this period of time. Aside from that, everything was the same. College classes were still boring (well, except for the one I have with Chaewon. That one is actually enjoyable) and my academic results were not getting better or worse either. It's not like I was trying to change them, though. Chaewon and I practically spent every single break together and it didn't matter whether we'd be alone or with a group of friends. I felt like I was getting bewitched by this girl because, at this point, I would often catch myself wanting to include her in everything I do.

It was a Tuesday and we were on break. This time there were six of us- Jinsol and Jungeun, Heejin and Hyunjin, and Me and Chaewon. The fact that everyone here came in pairs of two was just ridiculous to watch, but at least the lunch breaks were fun since we didn't have to separate Jinsol and Jungeun anymore.

"Honestly, Jinsol and Jungeun, you two are the biggest pain-in-the-ass couple I've ever seen. At first, it took you over a year to get together because of y'all's issues or whatever, and now you're practically inseparable. A little pathetic, if you ask me"- said Hyunjin as she was chewing on her bread.

"Look who's the one talking. Kim Hyunjin, I swear to god, I don't remember the last time I saw you leave your house without your girlfriend and I'm not even kidding about this one. At this point, I just know that I don't have a chance with going out alone with neither you nor Heejin, because if one of you is coming, the second one will be there too"- said Jinsol.

"Oh, come on now, that's not true!"- Heejin protested, but Chaewon quickly cut in:

"Actually, it is. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, though, it only shows that you two just don't get tired of each other. But, Jinsol is on point with the fact that you're inseparable".

"And when exactly was the last time you met us without Hyejoo being with you, Chaewon?"- asked Hyunjin, who was clearly in the mood for arguments.

"Well, Chae, she does have a point"- I said to Chaewon, who was sitting on my lap.

"Yah, you're supposed to me on my side, not theirs!"- she said and flicked me.

"Well I can't lie about what I think is right, can I?"

"Stop assaulting your girlfriend, Chaewon, you'll get jail time"- we all looked behind us and saw Sooyoung coming up to our bench.

"Oh, if it's not the infamous Ha Sooyoung. What brings you here?"- said Hyunjin sarcastically.

"I study here too, you know"-  she said as she sat down close to me and Chaewon.

"Well, considering the fact that you've been avoiding EVERY chance to hang out with anyone for the last two weeks, I kinda forgot that you're from our college too, sorry"- said Hyunjin, with a smile, which was clearly a way to convey the fact that she was pissed at Sooyoung.

"Ugh. I'm sorry, okay? It's true, I have been avoiding you guys because you're all happy, lovey-dovey couples, and spending time with you would probably drive me crazy. But, I've finally come to the conclusion that running from every single couple on the planet won't help me cope, so here I am. Take me back please~"- she said in a sulky voice.

"Jesus, don't use that voice ever again, it's actually disturbing"- said Jungeun with a disgusted expression on her face, which made Jinsol laugh.

"Ugh, y'all are rude"- said Sooyoung, who began eating her sandwich that she brought along- "by the way, you all know that the basketball tournament is starting soon and since the three star players of the team are sitting right here, I'm hoping that you'll come and watch us".
