Chapter 4

Toni's POV

As we aproch the other girls I let go of Shelby's hand. I see all the girls sitting around the fire.

"Hey guys, I'm sorry what I did was completely out of line Im just tired and frustrated is all and I understand your upset rachel you have every right to be and I didn't mean to freak out on you." I say with a guilty look on my face

"No I'm sorry, you guys tried your best to look for her and I'm uh I'm just so.. so scared for her but I shouldn't have taken it out on you I get that." Rachel says through tears

Shelby walks over to Rachel and hugs her but I'm not the hugging type so I just shoot her a look to let her know were cool.

"Toni come here." Martha says to me

"Okay" I say and walk over to her

"So what's up with you?" Martha asks

"Uh nothing." I say looking confused

"It's just you seem pretty close with Shelby recentlly and you came and apologized and calmed down so easily after that whole thing it's just different good but different." Martha says

"Oh yeah, well the other day when we were looking for food Shelby and I had a good talk she apologized and I forgive her I guess I just realized were all stranded on an island together there's no point in holding a grudge ya know." I say

"Oh well I'm proud of you Toni growing up learning to forgive look at you." she says while playfully nudging me

"I know I know." I say smiling at her

I feel bad for lying to Martha because the truth is I forgave Shelby because I understood her now and I was able to calm down so easily because Shelby talked to me and she has helped me be a little more like her a little calmer and little more positive.

"Hey Leah things have been so hectic I forgot to ask why were you screaming for Nora yesterday?" I hear Shelby ask

"Alright I was waiting for things to chill out before I said anything but...the night we were all starving and you guys were out looking for food I uhh woke up and wandered into the woods and I saw Nora standing there talking to a camera in a tree now I know it sounds crazy but I know what I saw." Leah's says nervously 

"Leah you we're hungry and tired and delusional this has to stop okay your going crazy with these theories no one is in on anything." Dot says interrupting Leah

"No Dot I wanna hear the rest of this crazy shit let Leah finish." Rachel says clearly pissed off

"Okay well she saw me so she freaked out and tried to settle me down and bring me back to camp, then the next day she pretended it didn't happen and I went with it to see how she would react she seemed relieved. But later she must have figured out I was lying because I went back to the woods to find her little camera and she followed me and lead me into a huge hole she watched me fall in and I begged her to get me out and help me but she didn't. So I asked her what she knew and she said all you need to know is your safe and I am not gonna hurt you." Leah tells us

"No... no no no I asked Nora if you were okay she said you wanted to be alone." Rachel says

"No Rachel I was trapped in a FUCKING hole in the ground." Leah screams

"Any way I made my way out of the hole but by the time I got back the shark thing happened and Nora was chasing after you." Leah explains

"Alright I'm sorry but I'm with Leah on this one, if she says Nora left her in a fucking hole then that's what happened she wouldn't lie about shit like that." Fatin says

I am conflicted I don't know what to think or who to believe. Leah has kinda been a crazy bitch this whole time I mean she even thought Shelby's was in on this whole thing also I don't think Nora would do something like this. But I guess deep down I know this whole thing is suspicious and I'm not quite sure the plane crash was an accident.

"Fine then lets go see this huge ass hole and these cameras alright." Rachel says

"Okay that's actually a good idea we should go check it out." Dot says

Martha helps Rachel up and wraps her arm around Rachel, then the rest of us get up and follow Leah Into the Woods we walk for a while before Leah stops in front of a huge hole.

"See I wasn't lying and I'm not crazy." Leah says

"Sure this is a big ass hole but that dose not mean Nora pushed you in it, show us the cameras Leah." Rachel says

We walk a little while longer before stopping in front of a tree.

"Here it must have been here, where... where the fuck is it." Leah screams

"Leah just admit that you're imagining things there was no camera in the tree and Nora's not some spy, Nora went out to check on you so you  probably just fell in the hole and saw Nora and immediately assumed she lead you in it, YOUR CRAZY LEAH " Rachel yells

We head back to camp and it's quit for a second before Leah starts up again.

"Guys I don't think Nora is dead or missing I think the people she is working for, the sick fucks who run this thing must have come to get her and they want us to think that she's dead because they know I'm catching on." Leah says

I was starting to believe Leah but the more she talks the crazier she sounds and I'm not sure if I can believe a word she's saying.

"Leah do you hear yourself, you need to calm down sit get some water or something." Martha says trying to calm Leah down

After that night we never talked about Nora again we all still had our suspicions but we didn't want to cause drama by bring up the subject again.
