Emptiness

Author's POV:

Nakalabas na ng hospital si Myrh pero wala manlang Zhiel ang dumalaw at nangumusta. Naiiyak siyang isiping sumuko na ito sa kanya, na nagsawa na siya, na nakahanap na ng iba. First boyfriend tapos first heartbreak din, saklap diba? Pero kahit na ganon ay nagpalakas parin siya upang makapasok na sa school.

Myrh's POV:

It's monday. Nandito na ako sa school. I waited for him to fetch me but wala akong nahintay. Naghintay na may sumundo sakin sa room at yayaing kumain sa canteen, pero walang dumating. Umasang papansinin niya ako nang magtama ang aming paningin pero umasa lang sa wala.

Ganon ko na ba siyang nasaktan? Should I say sorry? Pero paano ko naman 'yon gagawin kung iniiwasan niya ako. Parang naging baliktad ang sitwasyon. Dati ako lang ang umiiwas, ngayon siya na.

"Good morning class. For today, the first year college students are now here to observe you all. They will deliver my discussion for today. And please be attentive and behave. Come in students." -teacher.

Bakit nangyayari 'to? Nagsimula lang naman nang mawala si kuya. Ngunit bakit unti-unting nawawala ang lahat. Ang lahat sa akin. Si Kuya, a-at siya.

Habang busy sa pagdidiscuss ang lahat, abala naman ang isang dalaga sa pag-iisip ng malalim sa mga bagay na nagaganap sa kanyang buhay.

Napaayos naman ng upo ang lahat maliban sa isa. Myrh.

Nakayuko namang tumayo ang dalaga at nagsimulang sumagot.

ILOVEYOU, sometimes referred to as Love Bug or Love Letter for you, is a computer worm that infected over ten million Windows personal computers on and after 5 May 2000 when it started spreading as an email message with the subject line "ILOVEYOU" and the attachment "LOVE-LETTER-FOR-YOU.txt.vbs". The latter file extension ('vbs', a type of interpreted file), was most often hidden by default on Windows computers of the time (as it is an extension for a file type that is known by Windows), leading unwitting users to think it was a normal text file. Opening the attachment activates the Visual Basic script. The worm inflicts damage on the local machine, overwriting random types of files (including Office files, image files, and audio files; however after overwriting MP3 files the virus hides the file), and sends a copy of itself to all addresses in the Windows Address Book used by Microsoft Outlook. This made it spread much faster than any other previous email worm.
