Chapter 17: The Beach Part 1

*KATNISS POV*
I wake up with a headache. Ugh must have been from yesterday. Ugh. I try to get up to get something to eat but i see someone next to me. It's Peeta. Aw, he's looks so cute when he's sleeping. He lightly snores. I don't want to wake him up so i slowly crawl out of his arms and walk to the kitchen and get some cereal. I eat up my cereal and go back to my room. I open the door and see Peeta sitting on my bed rubbing his eyes. He opens his eyes and looks at me with a smile.

"Goodmorning my little princess." he says with a bright, shining smile.
"Goodmorning." i say and kiss him on his cheek.
"While you were asleep, Finnick texted me asking if we wanted to go to the beach with the group and i said yes. Is that okay with you?" He asks.
"Yeah, but first let me change and we can go." He nods and walks out of my room. I go to my closet and try to find the cutest outfit for the beach. I end up with a cute red and black plaid dress and under that i put on my black and with bikini with black and white spots all over them. I brush my hair into a fishtail braid and go downstairs with Peeta. He is waiting for me on the couch and when he sees me he smiles and gives me a peck on my lips. I grab my sandals and we head out the door into Peeta's car and we head to the beach.

When we get out the car i immediatly see my group of friends and they see me. They run up to us and attack us with hugs. Finnick sees Peeta and they both run up to each other.

"PEETIE PIE!!" Says Finnick and jumps into Peeta's arms bridal style.
"FIN FIN!!! OMG." says Peeta. I laugh at the ridiculous nicknames they made for each other. Finnick looks at me.
"What, do you not like Peeta's and my relationship." he says with his eyebrow raised.
"Well i am Peeta's girlfriend, so i dont really have anything to say." I giggle.
"Come on Peetie, LETS GO BUILD A SANDCASTLE!!" Says Finnick in a little kid voice. Peeta drops Finnick and they skip down the beach holding hands. They are just so weird.

Oh why hello there😎 This chapter is a bit short but hey its better than nothing, and yes.................... FEETA/PINNICK MOMENTS IN THIS CHAPTER. *fangirls* there will also be for Feeta moments in the next chapter for those Feeta/Pinnick fans😁😎
