I looked up at the group of boys that I saw the night before, I saw one that was definitely not in the cafeteria the night before and furrowed my eyebrows and rolled my eyes. "Y/N." He scoffed as he rolled his eyes. "Noah." I started to glare at him and started to turn away and walk away. "Nice seeing you." He snapped in a sarcastice voice as I started to walk down the hallway completely forgetting about my previous mission. "Oh drop it Noah." I snapped as I turned around with an annoyed look on my face for a slight second before snapping back and continuing walking.

"Who's she?" I heard one of the boys behind him question. I rolled my eyes as I heard Noah's sligh remark "She's just my stupid little sister." "YOU HAVE A SISTER?" I heard one of the younger boys of the group yell. "Yes now shut up she doesn't need more attention than she already has." He snapped back as I turned the corner.

I sighed in annoyance as I walked out the doors. I saw the group of dorm kids wave over to me but I pretended I didn't see them. It wasn't my best moment but I didn't know he was going here and I just found out and I wasn't in a talking mood.

I quickly walked in the opposite direction from them trying to not look like I was trying to get away from them. I walked around the school yard as more students arrived, some went into the school, some stood outside and talked with their friends, but the more that came the easier it was to hide from my new friends.

I felt horrible the entire time I had known these people for about a week and I was running from them literally. I pulled my headphones out of my bag and put them on and started to play my music.

I wasted the time that I should have spent looking for my class running from my friends. I sighed to myself as I started to walk to where I thought i was supposed to, To be completely honest i just followed the crowd of kids. I walked in the door and saw Dwayne and Russ talking with the sloppy older boys that seem to be ruining my first day.

Dwyane stood out his hand for one of the older boys to shake the older boy put a piece of gum in his hand, I shook my head at the disbelief do people from this town not have manners i thought to myself. I walked down the room and sat down beside as one of the boys started to talk, "Varsity the only hockey team, state champs. You know my little brother lost his JV slot when they brought you yoyos in here." "He probably wasn't good enough." julie replied.

After that i just started engour the conversation putting my headphones on and playing my music again. As i watched the boy point up to the stage in front of us. Soon after people started walking up and talking about mumbo jumbo and i had to take my headphones out, I didn't listen for a second but it was rude to listen to music when someone was talking in my mind at least.

The Dean started to talk about the ducks and was about to introduce them as the schools new JV team when the curtains behind him started to move and everyone could hear screaming and yelling as the curtains fell down. The curtains shifted over top of the covered people until it revealed the kids from the pool.

The Dean turned around in shock and looked at the kids as they stood up and everyone in the audience laughed. "Hi... where the ducks." one of the boys said with an awkward smile. After that the Dean ended Orientation early and wanted to speak with the group. I didn't expect that he would want to see me as well but I went anyway, not like I had a choice.

We waited in a room with ants and random things. I didn't know what to do and I still didn't feel like talking to anyone so I just stood there and listened to them talk about the ants. Then the Dean popped out of nowhere and started talking about ants.

Why is everyone talking about ants? I thought to myself as I watched everyone listen intently. "You're the backbone of the workers." I heard the Dean say as I started to listen again "And you're the queen?" Russ replied everyone couldn't help but chuckle at least a little.

After that conversation ended I walked into my first class and realized I was in the right room. I sighed and sat down in the farthest seat from the door, my headphones in playing a song, my foot slightly tapping to the beat as I waited for the teacher to begin.

A few minutes later the teacher began the class. She told us the expectations of her class as everyone in the room had their jaws dropped already knowing they will have basically no time to do anything else but school.

class after class went by each teacher with different teaching methods, one thought with a gnome? I was confused on that one. That teacher smashed a gnome on the boys desk like he was trying to murder it.

After school I was about to head back to the dorms I had my headphones on when I felt someone tap on my shoulder. I quickly snapped back and saw Dwayne standing in front of me. I smiled and took my headphones off and put them around my neck, "Hi." I said with a smile. "Hi Y/N, Are you coming to practice?" He questioned insinuating that I was going the wrong way.

"Dwayne...I dont think I'm on the hockey team." I said as I went to walk away, I turned around and saw his furrowed eyebrows and a confused look on his face. "Then why do you share a dorm with us?" He questioned, "I don't know, I haven't played hockey for over a year." I responded as I went to walk away, "How do you not know why you're here for then?" He asked with a confused look on his face, "I don't know no one told me, I'll see you at the dorm when you're done." I said as I walked away in a huff, I didn't even know why i was here.
