Aless awoke.
Gasping, she looked around the room. The room seemed unfamiliar at first.
She looked down to her warm, fluffy duvet.
Memories flooded back into her mind.
Her eyes darted to the vanity beside her bed, then the bookshelf. She glanced over to the bed table, which had a cup of tea that was finished a while ago, and is now just sitting there, empty, sitting atop a red book.
Am.. am I... back in the Manor?
The door flung open.
Heisenberg stepped through the door, putting down his cigar in an ashtray by the door. Looking down at the bandages and suture kit he had in his hand and sighing, he looked back up at Aless, who stared at him with wide, terrified eyes.
He almost dropped the items in his hands.
"You're awake." He mumbled.
Aless tried sitting up, but sharp pain struck her arm.
"Aah!" She cried, instinctively grasping her arm with her other hand. It hurt enough for tears to well up in her eyes.
Heisenberg quickly threw the medical items on the bed and rushed to her side, slowly wrapping his hand around her arm and gently pushing her other hand away as she cried in immense pain.
"Don't do that. It's not sewn up yet." He said in a comforting tone.
Aless almost started sobbing. It was so painful.
"It's okay. It's okay." Karl comforted. He rubbed her palm with his thumb.
When the pain died down a little, Aless looked at her injured arm. "W-what happened?" She gasped.
"Do you not remember? The Lycans got you. And they got you good." The man in front of her said softly, slowly lifting her arm as not to cause any more pain.
"Hold on. I'm going to unwrap the bandage." He murmured, pointing to the bandages on her injured arm.
Cautiously, he slowly unwrapped her arm.
The large, horrible wound on her arm was ugly. It had been about a quarter opened to the bone. the skin was horribly ripped open. Some parts were scabbed up, but not enough to close the gash. Bits of muscle showed through. More blood flowed out from being provoked.
Heisenberg grabbed a small container and a piece of cloth.
"W-what's the... cloth for..?" Aless asked.
"To put this in your mouth. Open." He commanded.
"Wh-why?"
"Because this is going to clean the wound." He said, holding up the container "and it's going to hurt like fucking hell." He said.
"So put the cloth in your mouth."
He held up the cloth while Aless opened her mouth and bit down on the cloth.
Heisenberg grabbed her other hand, clasping it tightly.
He opened the bottle with his mouth, and spat out the top onto the bed.
"Are you ready?"
Aless held her breath and nodded.
He poured the liquid onto her wound.
"AHHHHHH!! AAAAAH!!" Aless scream was muffled from the cloth. In her other hand, she squeezed Karl's hand extremely tight.
It burned. It felt like fire rippling through Aless's skin.
Aless sobbed and screamed as Karl gently took another cloth and dabbed at the wound, cleaning and absorbing the liquid.
He squeezed the hand he was holding and let go.
"I'm going to suture it up now. This is also going to hurt." He explained, gathering the needle and suture thread.
"Don't move."
He prepared the needle and looked at her when he was about to thread it through her skin. She nodded, still writhing from the pain.
Karl stuck the needle through her arm. Aless tried to pull away as she screamed, which only hurt more.
"Don't fucking move! I know it hurts, but don't move!" He yelled. He gently grabbed her wounded arm and pinned it down by the hand.
He continued sewing up her hand as she screamed and writhed.
Heisenberg felt guilty for letting her go through this, but it was necessary.
When he finished, he cut the thread and cleaned her up. He rewrapped her arm with new bandages.
He looked at her with guilt. Her screams had died down, ending with her whimpering and sobbing, her hand clasped over her mouth.
"You can take out the cloth, sweetheart." He said softly, holding her other hand. She spat the cloth out.
She ripped her hand out of his.
"Please. Leave me alone." She whimpered softly.
Heisenberg nodded and listened to her wishes, gathering his things and leaving the room.
