I woke up and opened my eyes, I felt like I slept forever. It was already light and the clock said 9 am. I wasn't laying in my own bed and remembered going to Loki, he had helped me to go to sleep. I sat up straight in bed and saw Loki sitting on the chair in his room reading a book.
I didn't have any nightmares, or dreams, but still slept for so long... Loki looked up from his page and smiled a little bit.
"Goodmorning," He spoke up and he looked back to his book. "Hi," I softly said back still a little bit confused over why he let me stay.
"Don't you ever sleep?" I asked him. He didn't look away from his book and chuckled.
'I will take that as a no'
I rubbed my eyes waking up a little bit more, I haven't slept so good in ages.
"I'm really sorry for falling asleep I didn't me-" I started but Loki interrupted me. "It was supposed to make you fall asleep," Loki just responded as if I said something stupid.
"What exactly did you do?" I asked still slightly confused. "I helped you sleep without dreaming," Loki simply said not looking away from his book
"Right..." I said hesitantly about what to do now
'Should I go back to my room?'
'If I pass anyone they will see me walking out of here in my pyjama'
'I could teleport'
"I wouldn't do that," Loki spoke up. "Why not?" I asked him a little bit agitated that he was reading my mind again
"The magic needs to wear off completely or you might end up in a different place," He spoke up and I sighed. "Alright then," I said. I figured I just needed to walk to my room and fuck what everybody would think.
"Okay well I suppose I should get going," I spoke up getting out of the bed. Loki didn't look up from his book reading focused.
"Thank you, for everything," I spoke up again. He looked up this time and gave me a small nod, then I walked out of the room walking towards the elevator still wearing my pyjama's.
Was he acting weird? Well, I did sleep in his bed I would be weirded out too. Luckily I didn't pass anyone on the way to my room, where I took a shower and changed into my outfit.
I was feeling so much better thanks to the healing tea, so I was happy to put on trousers again. I walked out of the room to find anybody, when I walked into the lab Bruce and Tony were working and Tony was looking at something under a microscope.
"Hey," I said carefully not wanting to startle them. "Hey, kid come in," Tony said not looking up from the telescope.
"I'm pretty sure I'm not actually a kid, even though I don't know my exact birthday," I said cheerfully.
"Well, you're still a kid to me," Tony spoke up. I just chuckled and looked at Bruce who was standing in front of a screen full of things I didn't understand. I just looked in awe at what they were doing for a while until Tony finally looked up at me questioningly
