Chapter 31. Date

(Typos and Wrong Grammar)

I woke up when I feel someone was beside me. When I look back, I saw Clyde.

I closed my eyes. "Clyde" I whispered.

"Shush. Let's sleep" He said and hugged me.

"What time is it?" I asked. I'm still sleepy, but managed to asked him a question.

"It's two o'clock in the midnight. So let's sleep"

I didn't say any words to him. I literally got dozed off to sleep.

Someone whispered to me which made me woke up."It's morning love. You should wake up now. Baka ma late ka pa sa trabaho mo."

I smiled when I saw his face and closed my eyes again. He suddenly kissed me in the lips. Making me shocked and wake up immediately.

"Clyde! Hindi pa ako nag toothbrush ano ka ba!" I grumpily said and covered my mouth.

Ngumiti siya. "I don't care. It's a morning kiss"

I glared at him. He just laughed at ginulo ang buhok ko.

I raised a brow. "Can you explain to me mister, why are you here in my room again?"

"It's almost three in the morning when I finished painting. I thought this was my room, that's it"

Ever since we've became a couple, gusto ni Clyde na lumipat ako sa kwarto niya. Pero hindi ako pumayag.
I think that hindi pa ito ang tamang oras para magkasama kami sa iisang kwarto.

Pero may mga araw na nakikitulog siya sa kwarto ko, just like yesterday.Everytime he will sleep at my room, he will come up with different excuses just to sleep beside me. Hindi na lang ako nagalit at pinabayaan siya.

I find it cute when he gave me different excuses just because he wanted to sleep beside me.

I rolled my eyes. "Ewan ko sayo"

I push him away and stand up. "Maliligo na ako. I'll get ready to work"

"Can you not go to work for today?"

I faced him and pouted. "I can't"

"Then, how about we'll have a dinner date? After your work?"

"Okay" Walang pag-aalinlangan kong sagot.

"Hi Faye!" Eva and Dahlia greeted me, when I arrived at the pet center.

Malaking ngiti ang iginawad ko sa kanila. "Hello guys!"

"Dumating na nga pala ang mga supplies, nandoon na sa stock room na." Sabi ni Eva.

Tumango ako "Sige ako na mag arrange" I said and went to the stock room.

When I entered I saw my other co-worker named Larry checking the stocks.

"Ako na mag arrange ng mga yan" Sabi ko at lumapit.

"Sige Faye. Chineck ko lang baka may kulang" Sabi niya.

Tumango ako at nagsimulang mag arrange.

Inuna ko munang i-arrange ang mga dog food at cat food. I organize everything so that its easy to see and everything is in order.

"Andito ka pala Faye" Peah entered the stock room"

I smiled "Oo bakit?"

"Nag announce kasi si Ma'am kanina. Pinapasabi niya na tuloy daw yung plano niya para sa anniversary natin. Magkakaroon daw tayo ng meeting pero bukas na daw." Peah informed me. I nod as answer and she left.

Hearing the good news makes me happy and excited. I can't wait for that day to come.

After done arranging some things at the stock room. I quickly went to the dog's playing area.

I smiled when I looked at the dogs happily playing together with other dogs. It's good to see that the dogs in the pet center are getting along well.

I suddenly remembered Cooper and Tobi.

"Faye andito si Sir Clyde. Hinahanap ka" Sabi sa akin ni Dahlia. Lumapit siya sa akin. "Tsaka may dalang bouquet " She whispered and smiled at me.

Agad akong pumunta sa entrance.

Ano kaya ang ginagawa niya dito?

There I saw the man I love holding a bouquet of flowers.

I felt some butterflies in my stomach.

Ang gwapo talaga ng boyfriend ko.

His eyes directly shifted towards me and I smiled sweetly at him.

Lumapit siya sa akin at hinalikan ako sa pisngi.

Napatingin tuloy ako sa likod ko baka kasi may makakita sa amin.

"A bouquet of flowers for you my love" He said and smiled at me.

I accepted and smelled the flowers. The scent of fresh flowers drifted into my nostril.

"Nag abala ka pa talaga. Thank you" I thanked him.

I looked around to see if there are some people, when I didn't saw anyone. I tiptoed and kissed him in the cheeks.

I saw how his face lightens up. He smiled sweetly.

"Dapat pala palagi kitang bibigyan ng bouquet, para may kiss ako palagi" He said. Hinampas ko siya sa balikat.

"Ewan ko sayo. Wait for me here. Magbibigis lang ako" I said.

When I entered the room, I saw the faces of my co-workers. Abot langit na mga ngiti iginawad nila sa akin.

"Asus! Ang Faye natin may boyfriend na talaga" Dahlia smiled.

"Yiee. Maypa kiss pa sa pisngi eh. Iba talaga pag may boyprend na" Peah teased me.

"Congrats sa inyo Faye" Andrew, my other co-worker congratulated me.

I smiled at them. "Thank you guys! Libre ko kayo sa susunod" Pagkasabi ko palang ay ang saya na nila. Dapat daw hindi ko kakalimutan ang utang kong libre sa kanila.

Dinala ako ni Clyde sa isang exhibit. The exhibit had different paintings hanging on the wall.

There are also artifacts that are displayed.

Kinuha niya ang kamay ko at pinagsiklop ang mga daliri namin. I

I enjoyed watching some paintings and different artifacts.

"Clyde glad you came!" A man said beside us.

"Of course Sir." Clyde smiled. He looked at me "This is my girlfriend Sir."

"He's my professor back in college days" Clyde whispered to my ears.

I smiled. "Nice to meet you Sir.

"Ah! So she's the one you always talk to me." He turned to me. "You made this man fall for you too hard. Ikaw lang ang babaeng ipinakilala niya sa akin and he always talk about you, inspirasyon ka daw niya eh." Ngumiti lang ako sa sinabi niya at tinignan si Clyde. I saw how Clyde smiled shyly of what his professor told me.

After our visit in the exhibit. We went to a restaurant. Clyde was the one who picked the restaurant.

Sana nga lang ay hindi masyadong mahal ang mga pagkain.

"What do you want?" Clyde asked me while looking at the menu.

"This restaurant looks expensive Clyde" I whispered to him.

"It's not. I assure you. So what do you want to eat?"

"You pick for me. Ayos lang sa akin kahit ano."

Napakunot ang noo niya sa sinabi ko. "Are you sure?" I nod and smiled at him.

Being with Clyde, I couldn't ask for more.

I am lucky to be with him.

I am lucky to met the one I love.

I'll always stay beside him no matter what happens.
