The next few days, Mioha got familiar with the hierarchy of the Death Eaters. Lucius Malfoy was the highest-ranked Death Eater at the moment, followed by Rudolphus Lestrange and Dolohov. Greyback was part of the Inner Circle as well, although Mioha could only scoff at that.
To her, he was not much better than a wild dog that walked on two legs.

She explored the manor and despite little incidents during which some male Death Esters tried to accost her, she quickly showed them their place.

Voldemort had yet to assign a task to her, so Mioha occupied herself by reading the dark magic books in the Malfoy library and flying outside to stretch her wings. She was forbidden to fly too far and it irked Mioha that she had to stay at Malfoy Manor.

But Voldemort had been the one to change her at the eclipse, which meant he had control over her. If he told her to do something, she could resist it to a certain degree, yet not completely.
And that was the one thing Mioha despised. Being controlled.

A week later, Mioha woke up early. She swung her legs over the bedside and stood up, her gown swishing across the carpet. Stopping in front of the mirror, she pursed her lips and eyed herself from top to bottom. Her red eyes narrowed in thought.
Then she snapped her fingers.

Her gown was replaced with tight, black pants and a black long-sleeved shirt that had a V-neck. Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail, showing off her collar bones while her raven-black hair fell in curls down her back.

Her feet were in black high heels that had little rubies adorning the straps.

Mioha smiled coldly. Perfect.
Her red eyes glittered with satisfaction as they swept one last time over her outfit.
Then she whirled around and strode out of her quarters.

The dining room was already occupied by Voldemort, Greyback, Rudolphus Lestrange, Antonin Dolohov and Corban Yaxley. The latter seemed nervous because he had never had the honor of dining with the Dark Lord before.

Mioha looked at them arrogantly and strode to the chair next to the Dark Lord.

"Good morning", she purred when she seated herself next to him. The other Death Eaters could not believe their eyes and stared at her outfit, their eyes almost popping out of their heads.

"You look absolutely stunning", said Voldemort with a cold smile and picked up Mioha's hand to place a kiss onto its back.

"Thank you", replied Mioha unfazed and poured herself a black coffee.

"Today, I have a mission for you", said Voldemort and lifted his red eyes to fix Mioha's.
"You will track Potter and bring him to me."

Mioha nodded curtly.
"What has he done?", she asked and raised an eyebrow.

"He has begun to...become a nuisance", said Voldemort icily. "Do as I ask and you shall be rewarded."

"My Lord", said Yaxley and bowed slightly, "if I may offer my assistance-"

"You have failed me once!", Voldemort hissed, his red eyes blazing. Yaxley flinched.
"The only reason you sit here is because I have another task for you. Greyback, you shall accompany Mioha."

The werewolf grunted and bowed slightly.
When he raised his head, he shot Mioha a challenging look. He would not let a woman order him around.

The corners of Mioha's mouth quirked slightly upwards as she raised her cup to take a sip of her coffee.
Oh, she would have some fun with this dog.

Suddenly, the door opened and Lucius Malfoy strode into the room. His eyes widened slightly when he saw his usual seat was occupied- by Mioha.

His face hardened and he came to a stop behind her chair.
"I believe you are in my seat", he said, his grey eyes cold.
