Chapter 22: The night watch

That same night...

~Coen's POV~

The misty clouds scroll across the sky, almost un-noticeably. The moon is full and at it's brightest, illuminating the darkness of the earth.
I hear a crumple of leaves near by and I draw my gun, listening to every sound. A sigh of relief breathes out of my mouth as Shayla approaches me.
"Hey" she greets briefly.
"Hi"
There is a pause.
"Aren't you meant to be asleep?" I ask her
"Isn't that what you said to me last time?"
"Yeah"
She doesn't reply.
"Are you okay?" I continue
"Hmm"
"Come here" I wrap my arm around her shoulders and we wait until nine.

~Brianna's POV~
It is fucking freezing. As if Jonathan can read my mind, he tries to warm me up with a hug. Well...It is warmer.
"Are you cold?" he whispers to me, his eyes still closed.
"Sort of" I reply
"Come closer"
I squeeze in and he wraps his body around me. I automatically think of the scene in 'Twilight' where Jacob hugs Bella to keep her warm. Even though I hate Twilight, this is comforting.

~Emma's POV~
"It's cold tonight"
"Yeah" Kyle kisses my forehead and cuddles me.
I feel a smile make it's mark on my pale skin.
"I love you, Emma"
"I love you too, Kyle"
He kisses me. Slowly, he begins to caress my neck, sending warm waves through my body. I giggle. Hearing that I giggled, Kyle chuckles a little. His hand makes it's way up my top and his body rubs against mine. His breathing is heavy and hit against my shivering skin. Our lips meet again, this time the tongue gets involved. I slightly dig my nails into his back and he moans. With the last kiss, he lies back down beside me and we both curl up in each others arms.

~back to Caitlyn's POV~
"Where are we going to go after the car is fixed?" Matt asks between the small kisses.
"To Phoenix"
"Ok"
We kiss more.
"God you're beautiful" he looks at me with a smile.
I giggle and we go back to kissing. He slides his hand around my back and I smile whilst kissing. He squeezes my butt.
"Haha, stop it!" I laugh
"Sorry. It's just too tempting"
"Mm-hm" I roll my eyes.
My hands travel down his back until I reach his ass.
"You just told me not to do that!" He looks at me and I laugh.
"Sorry. It's just too tempting" I mimic his words.
"Cheeky" he kisses me, his body rubbing against me. I can feel his erection.
"No more" I smirk, knowing that those words would kill him.
"Seriously?! I was just getting hot" he whines
"Sorry" I am still smirking
He looks at me for at least a full five seconds before replying to me with a sigh. "Fine"
