And as Hana saw Lori's stomach grow and grow, Lori and the baby's safety was top priority.
Somehow, Hana had prioritized their lives over her own. And Glenn, ever the overprotective brother, was catching on to that.
After losing Sophia and the farm, Hana only wanted to protect those she was determined to keep safe.
Sophia, her best friend, was gone. And all along, Hana had been speaking to a ghost of who she once was. In a way, losing Sophia meant she lost her mind.
But, she couldn't do that again. She couldn't live with that pain- following illusions so whole heartily.
She was a fighter now. She refused to go back to being afraid.
Then again, she couldn't quite grasp onto Shane's other order. The one about humans, that is.
People and monsters are sometimes the same. That she understood. She's seen it happen- Ed, Il-Seop. She's heard the stories- those guys that attacked Glenn, Hershel, and Rick at the bar.
But, how could she manage to kill a human just as willingly as she kills geeks? Though she knew a handful of people could be horrible human beings, did they deserve the same treatment as the geeks that tore people to shreds.
Killing a geek was instinctual, second nature, Hana didn't have to think about it to take one down anymore. The geeks had already taken so much from her, in her eyes, the geeks had it coming.
To kill a person? How could a person drive her to want to kill them as she would a geek?
