Emma has always caught your attention. From the first day you met, it was on a windy day.

"Damn it, the wind is so strong today." You mumbled, picking up the receipts that had flew off from your wallet. It has gone everywhere and you wouldn't pick it up if it wasn't important. You crouched down, collecting the pieces one by one when suddenly you heard a feminine voice called out.

"Here you go!"

You looked at her, she was smiling happily while handing the last receipt.

"Ah, thank you." You bowed slightly to show her some gratitude. "It's nothing! A pretty windy day, huh? My hair is flying everywhere too." She giggled before combing her hair neatly to style it again.

"You're pretty even with a messy hair."

Shit, you definitely didn't mean to slip out like that. She blushed lightly, looking away from your gaze.

"Thank you! My name is emma, what about you?" She held out her hand for me to shake. I grabbed her hand and we shook it slowly,

"My name is y/n."

Starting from that day, you had formed a new friendship with emma. The more you spend time with her, the stronger the romantic feeling grew in the shadows. She had spoke about a guy name draken, sounding a little in love with him or were you just assuming it?

"But he's really handsome, don't you think?" She showed you her phone screen excitedly, waving it around as you sip a small amount of juice.

"Sure." Although you admit, you preferred her over the blonde guy.

"I'll introduce you to them tomorrow, including my brother! I'm sure their gonna love you!" She hugged your arm, holding you close.

Fortunately, she didn't hear your heart that wouldn't stop beating rapidly.

Your first meeting with mikey, her brother and the infamous draken went well. You knew well who mikey was, the leader of toman and he's strong.

"Thank you for taking care of emma, y/n." Mikey looked at me with a smile on his face. The 4 of us had gone out for lunch since it was the weekend and we had nothing to do.

"No problem, I'm more than lucky to have her as my friend." You stared at her from afar who was chatting with draken with a small blush on her face.

Mikey seemed to notice your gaze that was getting pretty obvious. He let out a teasing chuckle, nudging my elbow playfully.

"Do you like emma?"

His question was enough to make you panic. Had you really gotten your guard down and made it that obvious?

"You don't need to hide it from me. If you do, then please take care and love my sister always."

"She doesn't even like me back, mikey-kun."

He plastered a weird smile and patted my back encouragingly,

It had almost been a year of your friendship and the both of you were closer than ever. Emma would often ask you to have a sleepover at her house or sometimes it would be the opposite. Luckily for you, your parents knew how good of a person emma was, and eventually allows you to be around her often.
