"Going what now?"
I showed him the article that I recently came across, which was the prediction of the sight of the orion constellation tonight. He squinted his eyes, getting a good look of my phone screen.
"Hmm, so you wanna stargaze with me?" I nodded while shoving my phone back into my pocket. "You know how much i adore stars and constellations, that's why stargazing with a special person is on my bucket list!" Hanma smirks and leans in to kiss my nose,
"Whatever makes you happy, cutie." ________________________
I sat on my bed, wondering what to prepare for our special activity tonight. Hanma promised to clear any plans that he possibly had, especially since he's the acting leader of valhalla. I grabbed his valhalla jacket that he had left at my study table before wearing it in the mirror.
"Maybe, i'll just wear this and a t-shirt tonight!"
The jacket was bigger than my usual size which made the sleeves go past my hands. I couldn't contain the excitement that i had stored in for tonight.
"I should make some sandwiches and smoothies to make it more fun!" ______________________
The night soon came by.
I've informed my parents that i was going out, stargazing with a friend. Of course, I haven't told them that i had a boyfriend yet, they would flip out even more once they know that hanma is in a gang.
Just as i turned around after closing the gate, a playful voice broke the silence.
"You look cute in my jacket, no wonder I couldn't find it." He was already standing a few feet away from my house, leaning on the grey wall. "It's not my fault that you left it in my room!" I intertwine his hand with mine and we continued to walk to a hill that I've recently scouted for a better view. __________
"Holy shit, it's like you can see the whole city from up here. How did you even find this spot?" He sits down on the blanket that i had prepared beforehand as i place the small basket of food.
"It was a coincidence! Thankfully, there was an old man who was an expert in astronomy, he told me that this spot would be a perfect place to stargaze." I smiled happily and sat down beside him. The atmosphere was silent and comfortable, we enjoy the city view with content hearts alongside a warm feeling.
"Can we cuddle for a bit? I've been really worn out from all that gang shit and other stuff. Not to mention kisaki is pushing my limits."
Hanma's soft side is showing up. I gladly laid in his chest while he strokes my hair gently. He likes this position, he once told me that this will always assure and remind him that I'm safe, protected and loved in his arms.
"Hey, I've been wondering about this for a while. How did you even fall in love with me?" His fingers traces my nape up and down, sending me shivers down my spine.
"Hmm, who knows? Maybe it's because you wouldn't stop flirting with me the first time we met. Or maybe, when you offered me your jacket when it started raining? I don't know, there's so many moments that i had fell in love with you."
Hanma went quiet for a while. A proud smile made it's way to my face.
"I got you flustered, didn't i? Well, miss y/n knows how to flirt too, you know?"
He laughs and pulls me closer. "You're absolutely right. Only this time though." I rolled my eyes playfully as we enjoy each other's presence. "I think it's about time, let's focus on finding the orion constellation!" He nods and we sat right up.
"Here, i made some small sandwiches and a smoothie, thought it would be a nice late snack." He accepts the gesture and took a huge bite of it. Just as i look at the sky, a loud gasp escaped my lips.
"Look, it's the orion constellation! I can't believe I'm seeing this with my own eyes!" I pointed to the sky, almost standing up from my position.
"Woah, it kinda looks like a hunter? Pretty cool, hmm?" I nudged his shoulders before scooting forward. "It's more than cool, i'll tell you more about them! Do you wanna hear about it? Especially stars!" He stares at me with a hand on his chin, the other grabbed a white napkin from the basket.
"You're a messy eater." He wipes the corner of my lips and some of the sauce got onto his finger which he licked it clean.
"Oh, shut up!" I looked away to hide the blush that was covering my face. He pulls my wrist back to seat exactly beside him.
"Now, tell me more."
Those words were enough to make me feel motivated and excited to share the things i love with my own boyfriend. While i was explaining about them, hanma would just stare at me with his usual lazy smile and half lidded eyes. I ignored his gaze and continued my talk, stopping halfway to tell him to stop staring.
"So, since i told you about stars first, which one is your favourite out of all the one i stated? Or maybe the one that you commonly know?"
Hanma didn't answer. He simply leans in forward and lifts up my chin using his index finger to press a quick peck on my lips.
"You, you're my favourite star out of all in the universe and the whole galaxy, darling." ______________________
