So we can make you gain enough stamina to where you can hold your balance breaker for an hour and increase your mana pool. Next thing for the fitness is your strength, lets start with 10 basic push ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and pull ups. After you start to get use to this fitness arrangement, you will be doing 2x the amount that you can do. As you will keep multiplying it......but be sure to take breaks every 5 minutes to get some rest )
