ALPHA UNIVERSE #3: BEAUTIFUL TROUBLE

CHAPTER 14

"You nosy little bitch, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?"

"You ugly shrek, did Donkey leave you again?"

"YOU–"

"WHAT WHAT!?" she challenged further, arms spread protectively.

The big fat man's fists shook in anger, and she swore his pheromones would be stronger right now if ever he's an alpha.

There's already a small crowd surrounding them, as distant murmurs fill the hot, sunny street.

Chohee took some glances around them, a firm, brave look plastered on her face.

"Give her to me," the man said.

"She isn't a thing."

"I never said that."

"SHE ISN'T A PUNCHING BAG FOR YOU TO RELIEVE YOUR ANGER WITH, ASSHOLE!" she spat with all her frustration, her chest heavily heaving from the tension inside her.

"SHE'S A USELESS WORKER!"

"WELL, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE THE BOSS!" she huffed.

"Miss, it's okay now."

"IT'S NOT!" Chohee faced the frail girl in a work uniform.

Her collar has a trace of blood, and her right cheek is all swollen and purple.

Chohee winced just by seeing her face as she reached for her messy, tangled hair to carefully brush it, yet one contact and the woman hissed.

"Oh my god, what did he do!?" the beta freaked out and madly faced the man back. "DID YOU PULL HER HAIR!?"

"And what is it to you!?"

"You kingkong ass!" she grumbled and bravely trudged to him, looking up with a glare.

The man just stared down at her in an amused smirk, then harshly pushed her forehead with his finger, making her hiss.

"What will you do, huh? You small thing."

She scoffed. "Do you know what else is small?"

The man just raised his brow as the beta flickered her eyes under his belt in a second.

She grinned, "This."

And damn, she felt as though her eardrums broke when he yelled in pain, just as her knee hit his clothed pride.

"YOU LITTLE SHIT!"

Then a loud slap echoed the area, and the female beta's face snapped to the side.

Damn, that hurts. She mentally cried as strings of stinging pain ran through her nerves, her hand on her now reddened cheek.
