Jisung slept peacefully. Like really. Not literally in peace, but he had a very nice sleep for the first time between his summer classes.

It's Monday again.

Jisung would usually come out of his room frowning or just simply blabbering some complaints about life, but today he came out with a small smile on his face.

He sensed his mother in the kitchen, to which he went directly and kissed her cheek, earning a raised brow rather than the usual warm morning greeting.

"What's gotten you so bouncy? I'm already prepared to listen to your grumbles." Seola is intrigued, placing a plate of rice and a fried egg in front of his son, who's cheekily waiting.

"Nothing," he hummed, a bright raise on his tone, then took his lovely time to eat.

"Okay?" she chuckled, still watching the pure alpha, whose smile never faded. "I think I'll be thanking whatever the reason is."

You should. Jisung just replied with a happy nod.

Yesterday is something he can never forget—both of them.

After the unexpected intimacy, the beta offered to go back down; she doesn't want anyone, especially their parents, to suspect either of them in their absence.

The pure alpha insisted on another round of playful kisses and cheeky teasing, though, having to force himself to stop if ever the beta finds him clingy and annoying.

Even though Chohee is surely the type to let him stick on her for 24 hours, he himself liked to keep a space for now. Especially when they haven't cleared everything (they just made out), they never have a chance to actually talk about it.

So up until they are 100 percent okay, and up until both of them are already used to their feelings, he needed to allow them space.

After all, it's up to Chohee to forgive him or not. He acted impulsively and rudely and said such hateful words.

Jisung would really like them to talk about it.

Well, there she is. Fifteen minutes before the class starts, walk through the large silver gates with airpods on.

Chohee is impressively lovely in just a simple plain shirt, jeans, and sneakers. The light from the early morning sun damped on her high ponytail, allowing her hair to reflect like a dark sunset glow. Her lips were lightly puckered up in a small pout, her eyes bore on her phone, and her brows occasionally met.

Jisung chuckled, pushing himself off the tree, which prettily stood on the side of the brick pathway, and off to greet the beauty.

Chohee just continuously walked blindly, the pure alpha clicking his tongue in disbelief, as she was close to bumping someone if he hadn't pulled her back.

"Ah sh- Jisung!" she exclaimed, taking her airpods off and looking up to the male's frown. "Why?"

"Why?" he taunted, leaning towards her.

That made Chohee gulp; that voice alone would make anyone squirm and apologize, even if they hadn't done anything wrong.

Dang, I can't get used to that voice.

"Seo Chohee. Let me remind you that staying unfocused can completely block your little senses. Eyes on where you're going."
