Jisung felt it was so unfair. Like really. He was with her for more than six years, and when this—he doesn't even know what to call her—came out in this world, everything turned different.

"A cute attention stealer. The audacity." he grumbled while sending daggers to the two figures on the sofa

Ahh right. Park Hwayoung. The five-month old attention stealer, the pure alpha's been fighting with for his mate's attention.

Well, don't get him wrong; it's just playful banter. Jisung truly loves his daughter so much that he cried when he first carried her.

She is a small, adorable baby chick with smiley eyes, a button nose, and pouty plush lips, but let's be serious here. All attention is now directed to her, and this  grumbling man just wanted to cuddle his wife.

"Ji, can you stop being a sulky baby and come here? Youngie literally wants to see you." the lovely beta called, eyes glimmering and tone ever so sweet that's a literal temptation for the male.

Jisung just mentally scoffed and looked at the giggly baby wrapped in a pink towel, her crescent eyes and little arms directed to him.

Somehow, it made his jealousy subside. He gave in to his princesses' requests and sat beside them.

As if the 5-month old sensed her father, she let out an adorable squeal and flapped her arms and legs, Chohee almost dropping her for the sudden outburst.

"Sungie, she likes you a lot!" Chohee beamed and handed the hyperactive baby

Jisung rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I'm literally her father, Chohee," he mocked while settling the baby securely in his arms, letting out a small coo. "You're so cute, I want to squish you."

"Ji!" Chohee gasped and hit his arm. "Are you still in that lame jealousy phase?"

"That's not lame; you don't talk to me anymore," he retorted.

"Ji." Chohee snorted, earning a stink eye from the pure alpha who just played with the baby.

"Jisungie," she nudged him, but received no answer.

"Jiii"

"Baby?"

"Love?"

"My lawfully wedded husband?"

The male just huffed at those words, still fixated on the baby, who giggled when he nuzzled their noses together.

Chohee sighed and lightly laughed in amusement, letting the male do what he wanted and just watching him interact with their daughter.

She finds it really funny. It was him who's all too excited to have a baby, and when the baby is born, he's all too sulky.

Chohee almost felt that she's taking care of two babies. She's happy, though—like, seriously. She still can't forget the overwhelming feeling when they said their vows and started a family.
