Jisung believed that his sudden confession broke whatever games fate had played with them.

Because when the lighting stroke and the loud thunder shake the skies, comes the heavy rain.

It looks like the skies are crying in happiness; their tears are big, and the sound of drops is like the hard thumping of their hearts.

Chohee chuckled, slamming her History notes close, and glanced at the male beside him, all focused on the practice math problems.

It has been two hours since they started studying, sitting on the carpeted floor with a long, foldable table in front of them. Also, two hours since they... well... opened another page of their blooming relationship.

Finally, she now had someone to call as her own person. No jokes, no flings, just the real thing.

Maybe she didn't realize that she was staring for so long and got lost in her thoughts.

The pure alpha's senses picked up the gaze, looking at the girl, who's obviously in her own space.

Jisung chuckled, dropping his pen for a moment, and carefully crawled in front of her, placing a soft peck on her forehead, which made her flinch.

"Stop daydreaming, seriously," he clicked his tongue.

"I'm not," Chohee defended, and shifted to face the table again with an obvious pout.

He snorted, peeking through the beta's face as her lips silently moved with the notes she was reading.

Cute. He pressed a kiss on her cheek and went back to his space.

"You missed it," he heard her mumble.

"Hmm?"

"You missed"

Looking back at her confusedly, he shook his head when he saw her pointing at her lips.

"Jisung, you missed!" she whined.

"Let's study"

"Aaaahhhhh~ Jisuuuungg~!"

Jisung just looked at her and clicked his tongue in a warning manner.

Chohee sheepishly smiled, raising a peace sign, and motioned for them to go back to their own businesses.

Ten minutes passed fast, and someone knocked on the door, gaining their attention.

"Got it!" Chohee informed and rushed to open the door, welcoming her mother, who smiled when she saw the two's state.

"Everything okay in here? I cooked dinner."

"Everything okay," Jisung nodded.

"We'll go down after awhile, mom," Chohee added.

"And Jisung? I'm afraid you really have to stay the night."

The newly formed couple shared a look, surprise evident in their widened eyes.
