A few days had gone by and now it was time for Madylin to go back to Florida.

"Promise you'll call me? And text me?"

Veronica was crying as she hugged the young girl.

"Of course and if you want me to I am going to come and visit."

Madylin answered her while tears were running down her face.

"Definitly, you have to."

Veronica sobbed.

The two finally let go of each other and wiped their tears away.

"I'll see you soon."

Madylin said as she stepped down the porch.

"You too."

V answered while watching Mads getting into the Uber that will drive her to the airport.

Archie laid an arm around her shoulder and both V and him were waving.

"You okay?"

Archie asked when they walked into the house again.

"Yeah, I am just gonna miss her."

They sat down in the living room where Jughead and Betty and Cheryl and Toni already waited for them.

"She's gonna be alright, V."

B said as she saw the tears on her face.

"I know, I am jsut gonna miss her so much."

Veronica answered her.

"We can't even imagine what you guys had to go through it's obvious that you are gonna miss each other."

Cheryl continued.

V just nodded as the memories were rushing through her brain.

"So what are we gonna do now?"

Toni asked.

"Go to school, live a normal life?"

B suggested.

"As if one of us could ever have a normal life."

Jughead laughed and everybody joined.

"You know we missed a lot of school work."

Archie told them.

"We really have to learn a lot, I mean graduation is coming up soon."

Betty commented and everybody agreed.

3 months later

"And now I present to you the graduation class of 2021."

The principal announced as every student walked on stage.

"Forsythe Pendlton Jones the third."

Jughead walked onto the stage to get his diploma.

After another few names Betty was called then Archie, Veronica, Cheryl and Toni.

About 30 minutes went by and every student had their diploma.

They all stood there while our parents were watching us.

Slowly all of them moved their tassels and they now officially graduated.

This year had been crazy, relationships formed and memories were made, they lost friends and family but after all they were happy now at least as happy as possible.

And if they were lucky it would stay like this but you never know.

No one knew what the future would bring but after all they knew that they could always count on each other.

And Betty now knew for sure that it was a good idea to be here.
