Veronica and Betty got home around 7 pm and said goodnight to their parents as they headed upstairs.
Both of the girls got ready for bed as they were really exhausted from traveling here.
And tomorrow they were going to school.
The two of them couldn't wait to see Cheryl again.
The last time they met up was when they were in Cali and that was 3 years ago.
But they still texted once in a while and sometimes they even called each other.
When Betty finished her night routine she laid in bed.
What was gonna happen?
She always knew that her family was on the run but why?
And what would make Riverdale a safe place?
These were her last thoughts as she slowly started to fall asleep.
Betty woke up by hearing water falling she quickly realised that V was showering so the blonde girl got up.
When she made her way to her bathroom she saw that Veronica put an outfit for her together.
Veronica's a fashionista, she basically picked out an outfit for her cousin everyday, it was like their very own ritual.
the outfit
Betty also took a quick shower and then put on what V got for her.
They were both heading downstairs when they saw their mothers preparing breakfast while using magic which meant that there were many things flying around.
"Good morning." Veronica and Betty said as they sat down to eat.
"Good morning girls. Are you excited to go to the new school?"
Alice, Betty's mom, asked them.
"Auntie, we were on so many schools it's nothing new anymore, the only difference is that we can see Cheryl."
Ronnie said and Betty nodded.
They all ate their breakfast and said goodbye as the girls got up and headed outside to drive to school.
When B and V got inside everyone stared at them but they were used to this as they were new at schools very often.
"Somebody is wearing red. Well I hope it's my favorite Blossom." They heard Cheryl say.
As soon as all the other students heard that there were even more students to see what was gonna happen.
"I hope you mean me otherwise I am really disappointed in you."
Betty said to her then V, C and B squealed, ran and hugged eachother.
And there were a lot more stares now.
Cheryl was a stone cold bitch at this school but now she just couldn't resist her best friends.
"I've missed you guys so much!"
She said when Betty heared a growl.
She looked around to see who this was but then a pink haired girl came up to them.
She's really beautiful and definitely Cheryl's type.
B and V both knew her they just didn't know where they've seen her before.
"I don't think that we've already propertly met. I am Toni Topaz. I saw you two yesterday at Pop's."
That was when they both realized she was one of the guys who listened to their conversation.
Betty and Veronica looked at each other.
"Wait?! You went to Pop's without me? I wanted to go there with you!" Cheryl exclaimed.
"I am sorry Cher. Well, it's nice to meet you Toni. I am Betty and this is my cuz Veronica." The blonde explained.
"It's really nice to meet you." Veronica added.
"You too, so how do you know each other?" Toni asked the new girls while looking at Cheryl.
"Awww, TT, don't be jealous, Betty's my cousine and I would never cheat on you." Cheryl said when Veronica interrupted her:
"Wait you are dating? Why haven't you told us?"
"I am sorry girls, I just didn't think of it."
The red-haired beauty got interrupted by four guys coming up to them.
"Toni, why don't you introduce us to your extremly beautiful friend."
One of them said.
"Oh, I am so sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Jughead."
As soon as he touched Betty's hand she felt a shiver going through her body and many sparks flying.
She quickly let go of his hand while he was just staring at her.
Cheryl noticed that her cousin wasn't really comfortable so she took V and B's hand and said she'd show them around.
