This time when I open my eyes, I'm more aware of where I am. Again, I see Joven spread out on his side of the bed. He must've crawled in late last night, from having fun with his best friend. Resentment rises up inside me again, and I roll out of bed and head to the bathroom.

Looking into the mirror, I've decided to have a mental self-talk, prep talk. Pannikin Charity Ainsworth! You are a married woman, HE (I point towards the bedroom) may have issues, but you do not! With only five days left, it seems apparent that I will be returning to UpAbove by next weekend. So, why not enjoy this adventure? I'll never get another look at this world again. I've met tons of people, made a couple of friends, and I will NOT sulk when there is so much to do here. Besides, he doesn't even keep ice cream in this refrigerator, and I seriously doubt he has a Pride and Prejudice DVD hidden somewhere in this house.

If Joven wants to join me, that's fine, but the touching is going to stop. If he's not interested in my v-card, then I'll just take it back to my studio apartment, frame it, and put it on the wall!

Finishing my one-woman inspirational, trumpet call-to-action, I change my clothes and head to the kitchen. Making us breakfast, like I would for any friend roommate, I hear him walk into the room. I turn, straighten my spine, and get ready for the talk with Joven. Thank goodness, he's already dressed and sitting down to eat. Channeling my inner Joan of Arc to battle with my banner held high!

"So, this marriage thing seems to be going on a side track," I begin my lecture to him, as if her were a small child. "I know you married me due to my poor physical condition at the time, and I'm sorry you are now burdened with me," raising my hand to stop him. "I did not ask to come here, I did not ask to be placed with you, I certainly didn't ask to be pushed aside for best friends, parents, and so forth."

He tries to speak, but my hand stops him again. "I had planned to stay with Karmony, but I don't want to cause you any unneeded drama. So, I've decided you can have the bedroom and I'm already used to sleeping on a couch. Please do not touch, or kiss me anymore and refrain from calling me "wife." I want to spend the remainder of my days here enjoying Dewstone, before I return to UpAbove." I finish my rant and then put my hands on my hips and say, "I'm going now, to start exploring. I have my phone if you wish to text me. You have a good day and good-bye!" I give a little wave to him and walk out the door, closing it with finality.
