He couldn't believe it. He just couldn't. The fact that he let her kiss him, that he let their meets lips and he felt nothing but warmth, a rush of excitement, and just... this overwhelming of something he could not name at all.

All he could think about it after the kiss was her.

Her lips were so warm and soft against him, she was perhaps scared of messing up something so special to her because he knew she held intense feelings for him for a while now. He felt the way her lips shiver for a second when they touched, he couldn't help it, it was adorable.

He'd seen her, he knew how she acts, he knew her reactions and her smiles. But he discovered something more interesting and special about her, about this Diana.

It didn't help when he observed every single thing about her face when they both pulled away from each other. Her eyes are dark-brown but they held the most sparkle and light when their eyes met, his eyes couldn't help but stare at her cheeks. They've always been chubby and plump, but they're now pink-colored and... adorable.

And down to her lips, her lips he just kissed. God, his heart is beating so fast he had to stop the way it was beating with the help of his hand on top of his chest, tugging it lightly but it didn't stop, not when his eyes are still focused on her lips.

That feeling of not just excitement but something even better flowing and spreading throughout his entire body. This is different, completely different. No, perhaps this is something he'd never experienced before even with Sophia or any other girls he had feelings for in the past.

"Kuya."

"Oh, Brent--" Yael takes a deep breath and proceeds to turn around to face his younger brother.

"Kanina ka pa namumula, kamukha mo na yung ketchup."

"Ah, pasensya na. Medyo mainit kasi dito..." Yael had to take another deep breath to calm himself down from this feeling, it's overwhelming, it's too much.

Brent observed the oldest, coming to a conclusion after that his brother wasn't himself. He sighs, looking in the direction where his brother was staring at earlier before he called him.

"Diana..."

"Diana? Diana? What about Diana?" Yael said, panicking.

"Nakatitig ka sa kanya, kuya."

"Ako? Brent, you're wrong." Yael started laughing.

"I was looking at Ryland, both of them..." Yael doesn't even know what he was talking about, he just has to think of something else.

Brent drew a small hint of a smile on his lips. He brought his eyes back at the girl, at a very familiar girl that he knew. Diana is his twin's best friend, she was completely off-limits to him not because she's his twin's best friend but because he just never thought she was any close to interesting.

But who would ever think that at this point in time that Brent would be interested in someone like Diana? Who's completely off-limits and boring to him? He knew that she's in love with the oldest brother in the family, but he didn't know that his brother would fall for her antics and tricks.
