A week passed of the three boys getting to know Donghyuck's group of old friends. Mark and Chenle were welcomed with warm arms, the two having energy that the other five loved greatly.
But with each passing day, Donghyuck, Mark, and Chenle were getting closer and closer to returning to the heart of Seoul and once again picking up their music careers after the short break.
They just barely had over two weeks left for them.
Minyeon woke up groggily to the sound of her phone's timer going off. She had set it to make sure she didn't oversleep during her nap.
Her finger immediately tapped on the glowing button, the location of the stop button burned into her head after years. She sat up slowly, her back slightly cracking as she straightened it out.
Her eyes were squinted as her eyesight blurred, the words on her screen unreadable although she could guess who was messaging just based on the continuous messages flying in.

Minyeon blinked tiredly, her eyes burning a bit as she closed and opened them. She hadn't even realized she managed to get stuck staring at the screen for a few minutes without even blinking.
Nonetheless, she slid off her bed. Her feet patted against the carpet as she walked over to her door and looked into the body-length mirror hanging on the back.
"It's just the guys, it won't matter," she said to herself, staring back at her t-shirt and sweatpants for a second before turning away and putting on her shoes.
She went to the bathroom and then returned to her room, grabbing her on-the-go bag and walking back out the door.
"Have fun with Donghyuck," Jaemin said teasingly from beside the front door. Minyeon shot him a glare, flipping him off as she opened the door and walked out. "Not gonna say bye to mother?" He yelled out.
Minyeon huffed, pulling her hand away from the car door as she turned around, marching back inside to her mothers room and leaving her with a quick goodbye and I love you.
"Love you too," Jaemin shouted out the door, waving with a big smile as she pulled out.
