*Emmie's POV*
It's been hours since they left for the run and Dylan isn't back yet. I got up from the windowsill and grabbed my bag and guns. When I was about to get to the door of the classroom, Carol saw me.
"Where are you going?" She asked and stood up with Mia in her arms.
"Dylan still isn't back yet. It's been hours, I'm gonna go look for him," I replied. "Something had to of gone wrong."
"You're not going anywhere," Carol said and started to walk towards me. "I promised your dad I would keep you here."
"That's my brother!" I yelled. "I don't care what you promised but he could be in danger. Something could happen to him!" I opened the door but she shut it before I could slip out.
"Didn't you promise him you wouldn't run off?" I hesitated before nodding. "If he isn't back by the time Rick and the others get here, we will go find him. For now you need to stay here and keep your promise."
I sighed and crossed my arms over my chest. "Fine." I went back over to the windowsill and put my stuff down. Them I waited.

It had been two more hours and the sun was starting to set. Something was defiantly wrong.
Then I heard noises coming from the hallway.
"Carol, Carl!" I whispered and got my gun out. They followed my actions as I made my way to the door. I heard faint whispers coming from the hallway. I turned the safety off my gun and waited for them to open the door.
All of a sudden the door was swung open and two people stood in the doorway. I stepped closer to see their faces.
"Dylan!" I screeched and jumped onto him. He winced and I got off. "What's wrong?" Then I saw it. His face was all bloody and bruised. The person next to him came I to view. "Elena?"
She nodded and coughed out blood.
"What happened?!" Carol asked as she quickly rushed over.
"There's another group. They live on the third floor. Elena was with them but they are horrible people," Dylan wheezed and I helped him sit down. "They've been watching us. We have to leave...now. If we don't leave they will kill all of us."
Carol started to clean them up. "We can't leave. Daddy and the others aren't back yet."
"When they get back we have to go. They don't know we escaped yet, but when they find out, they'll come looking," Dylan said.
When Carol was done she sighed. "They should be back by morning. Just be ready to leave."
*Harper's POV*
(A/N: I know it's weird to give a three year old a POV but you'll see why I did)
Mommy and daddy aren't back yet. I miss them and Judith misses her daddy and Landon misses Daryl. Nobody ever said we would have to go the night without them! At least Dylan came back, but nobody will tell me why he was gone.
It was way to hard to sleep without my parents here with me, so I just laid there until I heard noise coming from the hall. They're back!
"Judith, Landon, get up!" I whispered and shook them.
"What?" Judith mumbled.
"They're back! I hear them in the hallway!" I said quietly, careful not to wake the others.
The three of us got up and went to the door. Judith carefully turned the knob on the door and we stepped into the hallway.
"Mommy? Daddy?" I asked. "Rick? Daryl?"
"Nobody's here," Judith said and turned to go back into the classroom.
I felt someone grab my from behind and cover my mouth. My muffled scream was barely heard as two other people grabbed Landon and Judith.
"Think again," a voice said in my ear.
*Maggie's POV*
"Jackpot!" Glenn said as we packed tons of food into our bags. "Just wait till we bring this back."
"Wow. I can't believe there is actually some food left here," I said.
"Yep, and now you lose the bet," he said. We made a bet when he said he thought we would find food and I said I didn't. "I would like part one of my prize now please. Pay up." I smiled and sat down on one of the tables so I was at his height. I wrapped my arms around his neck and lightly pressed my lips to his. He stepped between my legs when I tugged at his hair, deepening the kiss. His hands rubbed up and down my thighs and we stayed like this for a good five minutes before our names were called.
"Come on," I said and kissed the side of his mouth.
"You little tease," he replied and I laughed.
"We gotta go back now," Rick said. "We got all the food we could find."
We made it back to the classroom and when I went inside, everyone was still asleep. I went over to Emmie and shook her shoulders.
"Mmm," she whined. "Go away!" She turned over on her sis and buried her head into the blanket.
"Okay Em. I guess you're not hungry," I said and she shot up.
"Daddy!" She hugged me tight. "Where's the food?! I'm starving!"
"Hold on I need to say hi the everyone." I got up and noticed Dylan was back and Maggie was with Mia. "Um Carol? Where's Harper?" I asked Carol and she looked around.
Just then Rick and Daryl came up to her and asked where Landon and Judith were.
"They were here last night. I put them to bed," Carol said and looked around.
"They're gone?!" Maggie cried and started tearing up.
"Oh shit!" Dylan said and ran his fingers trough his hair. "I know where they are. They have them."
