A LIE AT THE BEACH

Chapter Three: Athens.

We sit down at the table and eat very fast since Jill has promised to take me out and tour the place. I'm so excited that I don't even finish the pancakes. "Okay bitch dress up and let's hit the roadddd." Jill shouts and we both laugh.

I go up to my room and put a little makeup on my face then wear shorts and an off-shoulder croptop. It's summer....time to show some leg!!! I grab my flats, spray perfume and pick my hat then walk out of my room. I check for my phone and money in the small bag I carried. Jill is wearing a sun dress and flats plus sunglasses. We enter Jill's car. She has a fucking SUV aargh I'm jealous lol. I have one too back at home but hers is newer.

"Buckle up. We're going shopping and then to the beach." she squeals. "I thought we were going to tour." I say while shaking my head. She loves shopping too much. "I'll show you stuff on our way there." She says with a wink. "Alright." I give up. We walk into a mall and it's really huge.

"Wow. This is cool." I say ecstatically.

"Told yah." Jill replies while pulling me towards what looks like the bikini section. We sift through almost all the options. Jill gets a neon green bikini with strings on the sides. She looks sexy in it with all the curves. I get a baby blue one with lace on the front. What? It's sexy and cute at the same time.

"You little freak." Jill says to me and we both laugh.

We pay for them and get out of the mall. We drive to the beach as I look through the windows___it's pretty peaceful here. Cali is not as peaceful no offense. We blast music through the car and sing along as we go. After thirty minutes, we arrive at the beach. There are lots of people including hot men, families and they all look happy. That's cool. We change into our bikinis in the car and smear sunscreen. We also get out hats, sandals and sunglasses. We look sexy as hell and we know it. We move towards the water area and put our stuff down. We run towards the water and keep splashing ourselves without any care in the world.

What we don't notice are the two guys moving towards us until one touches Jill's arm in a creepy way. She tries to pull away but the guy tightens his grip and I can't watch anymore. I charge toward them and try to pull my cousin away but the man is too strong. I'm starting to give up when I'm pulled behind by the second man who starts grinding against me and I've never felt more sick. I push him away with all my might.

The two men start dragging us to the far end without people and when we try to scream, they cover our mouths. I go to bite the guy's hand holding my mouth but he tightens his grip. Oh we're so dead! Out of no where, two other men come towards us with angry faces. What did we do wrong today, Lord?!

The surprise hits me hard when the two new guys pull us away from the creepy men and start punching them mercilessly. The joy I have right now. I could kiss them oh my God that was close....we could have got raped! The two new guys pull the creepy guys towards the shores and we follow. By this time, people are watching.....as though they hadn't noticed before.

Now that we are okay, Jill and I hug but Jill is sniffling. She was really scared but as for me I guess I was more angry than scared. I have to get a way to relieve this anger so I move towards the man and give them each a punch and I glare at them after....now I'm good. The taller good guy who saved me smirks at me and I smirk right back. I feel relaxed now....the beach cops come and take the two creepy guys away.

"You okay?" the tall handsome guy asks Jill and I.

"Yeah, thank you so much for saving us....you and your friend."
"Thank you thank you thank you." Jill says gratefully too.
"No problem. Those fuckers deserved a painful thrashing." the tall guy says. "I know right....they really survived because if the cops hadn't come..." the second guy says. He didn't finish due to the visible anger in his voice.

"We're fine now...." I try to lighten the mood. They both just grunt in response. "Sooo what are your names?" I ask.

The tall guy starts "I'm Sidney Winter and my friend here is Jake Reynolds."

"Nice to meet you two beautiful ladies." Jake says with a boyish smile.
He's handsome alright but not as handsome as Sidney. I'm just saying.

"Stop that." Sidney says jokingly after smacking the back of Jake's head.

"What are your names, ladies?" Sidney asks. "I'm Athens and this is my cousin Jill." I say.

Jill waves hi and she seems better now. "You didn't tell us your surnames." Jake says questioningly.

"Is that really necessary?" I ask with a smile. He just laughs it off and shrugs his broad shoulders. God, these two really are built well....the buff muscles, the height, the broad  shoulders dammit. I look away very fast and we decide to walk around the beach.

Jill starts talking to Jake woah woah wait! It's like Jill's family is only meant to be with J's___I mean anyways forgive my weird thoughts but that sure is cool. I keep talking to Sidney.

"So are you from around here orr___?" Sidney asks. "Uh no I just came here for summer to visit Jill and her family with my mom. I'm actually from L.A." I reply.

"That's cool. Not shocked though." He says simply.

I turn and look at him as we continue walking "What do you mean?"  "I mean you don't look like someone from around here."    "Sorry but again what do you mean by that?" Huh?  "Well you're___uh just different." Oh the nerve of this guy! "How?" I ask even though I didn't want to.

He laughs softly "You sure do ask a lot of questions.. did you know that?"

"Thanks for the tip but I still want to know." I say simply.

He laughs. Seriously?! "Wow." He says. "Wow what?" I ask.
"Come with me." We leave Jill and Jake to continue walking after we inform them we will be right back. "I hope I'm not being kidnapped." I say. "If you were, I'd not have let you say bye to your cousin, dumbass" He says jokingly. "I know, wuss" I reply. He's infuriating.

He holds my hand as we jump over a short fence. I've no problem with jumping over fences I mean I'm not a girlie girl anyway. It's not like I'll say aww I can't climb over this I'm a lady aargh those girls irritate me. We approach a beach house that is so huge.

"Wow... whose is this?" I ask.

"Mine." Sidney says.

"And why am I here?"

"Because I brought you." He says to me like I'm a six year old without sense.

I roll my eyes and walk ahead of him pushing the door and entering. I look around and the place is really nice. The leather couch, the marble stairs, the large windows, the jacuzzi to the far end wow. I move closer to the large windows and look out. I've never seen anything more beautiful. "Woahhh." I say very loudly with glee. Sidney comes and stands next to me looking out too. "Yep. I actually come here a lot when I'm bored at the beach. It's really peaceful."

The water is calm, from the waves to the shiny sand and the few pine trees....everything is beautiful. The way the people are scattered around playing beach volleyball and girls taking pictures.

"This is so cool." I say after a while of watching.

"I figured you'd like it." Sidney says. "How did you figure that out when we've just met?" I ask out of curiosity. "I just did." he replies with a smirk.
I roll my eyes...this guy is a real cocky bastard.

"Thanks for bringing me here though." I say.

"No biggie."

"Biggie? Really? How old are you?" I ask with laughter. I laugh until we're out of the house.
