•Chapter- 2•

"The meeting was so boring Abheer bhai! Why do we have to be here?!" Tara, my little princess whined and I sighed.

"Because you have to learn some basics of what's going on in the business world as Udit uncle said and it's just a monthly report meeting" I said and she rolled her eyes.

Suddenly someone barged into my office and I saw it was my father and Sashi Uncle.

"Hello people! Guess who is coming back after so long?!" Papa said cheerfully and Tara and Sia jumped up.

"She agreed!? Yess!!" They fist bumped happily and I frowned in confusion though I have an idea of what this could be.

"Who are you talking about?" Taran asked voicing out his confusion too.

"Who else?! My princess! Arvi is coming back! She is going to come tomorrow! Sia, Tara she will reach by evening and is going to come for dinner at our home itself. You both pick her up and I have to call Anjali to get everything ready for tomorrow" Dad said smiling and it settled in then and I was right.

Arvi Arora, Sashi Uncle's daughter and one of us in 'Hexad'. It's been a long while since I saw her. She was with us in Mumbai till 16. After that, a feud happened with her mother and she left for her grandparent's place in Banglore and never returned.

She stays away from social media and paparazzi and I am the one who provides security for her. I sent my security team to tail her on the word of my father as she refuses to have any. They tail behind her secretly without her knowing and report back to me.

Arvi Arora is a very interesting person. Despite having millions of money, she never uses it to her benefit. Much like us but very different. She hid her identity and completed her studies and that too was in a very different field.

Sashi Uncle hoped she would join the business but she surpassed everything and did her studies in creative designing and fine arts and then went on to learn the ropes of the business. She set up her own business and is doing quite well with her caliber and dare I say amazing business acumen.

She is extremely intriguing and different. She is a storm and she is.......just beautiful.

"Abheer, make sure to tighten security as she will be introduced soon and let us know if anything is amiss" Sashi Uncle said and I nodded my head before getting up and buttoning my blazer.

"Yes Uncle, you guys continue speaking. Taran, Ray and I have to be in a meeting in 15. I'll meet you later" I said and went outside with my best friends in tow.

As we three walked with me in the middle and Taran and Rayaan on both sides, everyone stiffened in their cubicles.

People fear us and more so when we walk together. We three give off deadly vibes is what Sia says. Well, we should. In this line of business being considerate is important. But being ruthless is also very important and I am known to be that. We three after all are regarded as the "Danger Trio" since school which Rayaan still uses.

We three went to my office and I told my secretary, Nihal to bring the clients inside in 15 minutes exact.

"Arvi is coming back bro! I am so happy!" Rayaan said excitedly and Taran nodded his head with a smile giving me a meaningful glance.

"Yeah! It's been two years since we saw her. The last time we met, we went on a vacation. Only Abheer missed out due to his precious work" Taran said and I rolled my eyes.

"No big deal. I'll anyway have to meet her when she comes and besides that, I know everything about her" I said and Ray snickered.

"You know 'everything' about 'everybody' bro" Ray said and I smirked going into thoughts.

I indeed know everything about everybody within my grasp. Not because I want to, but because I have to. When our parents started 'Hexad' and built it up, they dodged a lot of sharks but they also made those sharks, their enemies. My father always kept a trail of security around everyone in our big family to protect them.

When I became the head of our company, one thing my father told me, the only thing, was not to take the company to heights but to protect everyone within our company and our family.

I can't have anyone risking mine and so I make sure to be in the loop with everything.

Managing 'Hexad' was not always my dream. I was given 'Hexad' after I proved my worth. Business is something I know like the back of my hand. And I am very particular and good with my tactics that it felt natural to deal with it.

Taran, Rayaan, and I went to school, college, and training period together and our fathers identified which fields we were good at and gave us responsibilities in those fields.

Rayaan is good on field and he is the one who goes out to our branches and examines the work and deals with it.

Taran is good with finance and he is the one who looks after all financial reports and records with the help of staff assigned for it.

I am good at dealing with people and making important decisions and also cracking people and I am given CEO of 'Hexad' with Taran and Rayaan being my co-CEOs.

Dad tried to get Sia and Arvi also to work here but they refused. Arvi set up her venture and even Sia has her own chain of restaurants and bought it up with their brains.

Ehaan is very good at Information and Tech so he is being trained under us three so he can join after college. Tara, on the other hand, is very interested in gaming and she is inclined to go into that field.

Though the girls chose different career paths, they still are a part of this as they have their number of shares in the company and have to be included in important decisions and meetings. Sashi Uncle finally got his daughter to sign the papers and she is now officially on board.

At the end of this month, our fathers planned the annual ball so they can introduce Arvi to the world and get her out from behind the curtains.

Arvi.......is beautiful......she is peculiar, weird, crazy of all sorts but her true beauty lies in her character. She is so different than all of us and is actually the one everyone turns to for a shoulder to place their head on or a comforter to talk their hearts out to and get advices from.

Though far away.......the way she spikes my interest is something nobody ever did to me......girl or boy.

And I can't wait to meet the girl who always seems to occupy my thoughts.
