"Hey there handsome!!" I greeted Abheer as I saw him coming out of his room.
I just came out of mine and closed the door after getting ready for the dinner party. I chose a brown cotton plaid dress which is super comfy and paired it with some light accessories and flats for my footwear.
"Hey baby! You are so pretty you know that?" He said coming towards me and snaking a hand around my waist. I swatted his arm away much to his dismay and looked around to check if anyone was there os if anybody saw.
"How many times do I tell you to be aware of your surroundings Abhi!!" I said with a frown on my face and he smoothened it.
"Stop giving yourself wrinkles. Though you look hot with anything I don't want you to get bothered by them everytime you see your face in the mirror. You are already doing that a lot nowadays much to my dismay. And I know no one is here baby. Trust me a little!" He exclaimed and I chuckled at his expressions.
"Fine. Let's go? I am hungry. I heard that the restaurant we are going to serves delicious foods. I got great recommendations for their appetizers when I looked it up in Google!" I said excitedly and he looked at me amused.
"You looked up about the food in the restaurant we are going to?" He asked and I nodded my head.
"Yeah! If I am going to spend the rest of my evening stuck in some stupid business meeting in the pretense of dinner, I need food right?" I said shrugging my shoulders and he burst out and laughed throwing his head back.
"Six years in a relationship, a life time since we met and still you never cease to amaze me habibi" he said chuckling and pulled me close, giving me a long kiss on the forehead.
We both went down to see that our gang is also downstairs.
"Beta, be careful with Virat Raichand. He is a maniac is what I heard and he wants the Khalil's project. I think he will try to do some negotiation with you. I still don't understand why he wanted to meet all of you. But just be alert. The only reason I even tolerate him is because of his father Ranjit Raichand " Ankit Uncle said and Abheer nodded his head.
We went out to see Taran and Abheer's car out.
"Taran, you take Rayaan and Sia I'll take Arvi, Ehaan and Tara" Abheer said and Rayaan looked at him with a teasing smile.
"Oh no! I want Arvi in our car though. I have something important to discuss with her" Ray said coming beside me and dropping his arm on my shoulder.
"And what is that something which is so important?" Abheer asked crossing his arms with a deadpan look.
"She is my sister, we have things to discuss!" Rayaan said in a dramatic way and Abheer is getting pissed. I prayed for Ray's health at this point.
Everyone stifled their laughter as they saw Abheer getting pissed off and Rayaan provoking him.
