"Arvi!!! Babe! These are your works for today! And I set up everything for the workshop! We should figure something out for the online workshop thingy. We are doing a lot offline but we should reach out online too" Avi said and I nodded my head writing something down.
"Since anyways, we decided to shift the Banglore one to here itself, our staff there will also be here. We will keep a certain amount of people online and offline so that way we have more people to teach and less work for everyone. And we will do it on alternate days so it won't clash with our regular schedule. Let's both sit down and make a list of who goes offline and who online okay?" I said looking up at her.
"Done! Now that's settled, when are we going home?? I am quite hungry!" Avi said and I laughed. It's lunchtime and today we are taking off early.
One of our close friends from school who is working with us, Salama will take care of the office for today.
"Let's go! I just got done reviewing this document you sent and am all done! Even am hungry!" I said and we both started back home.
"When is Abheer coming back?" Avi asked.
"I guess tomorrow night? That's what he said. But if the work goes longer he will come back the day after tomorrow" I replied to her. Abheer went to Delhi for some company work and I already miss him!
"When are you planning on breaking it to your parent's babe? Did you guys talk about it?" She asked and I shrugged.
"We did and we will maybe tell them in a month or so. I am kinda nervous about it. I mean, I know they will be okay with it....but, you know breaking it to the parents and all? It's quite nerve-racking!!" I said smiling a little and she laughed.
"I know bubb. Don't worry. His parents treat you as their own daughter. And your Dad is quite fond of Abheer. It's gonna go awesome!! Chill! But just let the gang know when you do break it okay? We need front row tickets" she said and I narrowed my eyes at her.
"Ha! Funny!! You tell me about yourself! How is it going for you??" I asked wiggling my eyebrows at her and she smiled.
"It's going....great actually! I was so scared Aru. You know me. After shit with Mom and Dad, I really wasn't looking forward to being in a relationship with anyone. But Taran makes it easy. Initially, it took time for me to reciprocate conversation or feelings even but he was so patient! And even though he did get disappointed a little, he was really good about it. I know it's going to go deep but am enjoying every minute of it!" She said with a soft smile and I couldn't help but thank God at this moment.
"You deserve the world, Avi! And I am so so glad Taran is treating you well. I know you are an amazing girlfriend!! You are my bestie of course!! But remember, he does anything to upset you, I have my guns ready okay? But I am just so super happy seeing you both look happy!!!" I said smiling at her.
